前台服務還可以，但是酒店卻不盡人意，
剛進去的時候房間裏面有股惡臭，床單也是破的 ，衞生也很差勁 ，説有免費礦泉水也沒有，晚上還被蚊子咬的睡不着，隔音也很差，個人印象對這個酒店很差。

毛巾不乾淨，一塊黃的，整體顏色都是發黑的。兩個人住衹有一條浴巾、沒有毛巾，房間沒有礦泉水，沒有抽紙。洗澡沒熱水，下去找前台問問怎麼回事，能不能調，前台態度不好，説調不了。第二天早上起來水直接就是涼的。

衞生沒搞好，桌上還有食物殘渣，洗手間水龍頭壞了，沒有熱水，放多久都一樣，衹是手上感覺不冰，洗澡完全不行，説好的瓶裝水和熱水壺一樣都沒有，説有窗也是衞生間的窗子，屋裡白天都衹能開燈。
