阿姨人很好，房子進門驚艷到了，豪華裝修，很乾凈，很舒服。廚房也很大。旁邊200米就是海邊，另一邊是哈工大校區，還有帝王宮海鮮市場，下次帶家人來威海，可以住這裏，可以住到9-10人。

這是我在威海這四五天住的最好的民宿，位置好，靠海邊，裝修豪華，空間大，有兩套小童最喜歡的上下鋪床，非常適合親子游，可以容納三家人，房東服務態度好，為遊客準備的充分，房間內生活用品很全，乾淨衞生，強烈推介，可以連續預訂好幾天不用換地方，絕對不會後悔，下次來直接電話預訂，還可以推薦給朋友！

房子是個筒子樓，把西邊，兩室兩廳，客廳進門口一個上下鋪床。小卧室也是上下鋪，沒空調。從西邊客廳和卧室窗户能看到遠處兩個樓之間的海。床上用品衞生不太乾淨，出門走路三五分鐘到海邊，確實很近，換上泳衣就下樓去海邊，玩兒完就直接回家洗澡，早上很早起來還可以散步看海，地理位置好。我們一大家子，衹給了一把鑰匙，我們有回來早的，有回來晚的，給房東打電話要鑰匙開門，後來房東又趕過來給開門了，房東還不錯。

家很大，乾淨，我們9個人4個孩子，上下床孩子們搶的睡，客廳很大，孩子們玩的很好，老闆娘很熱情很有耐心，我們諮詢了很多問題，位置非常好出門100米就是海邊，旁邊還有好吃的海鮮，最後走的時候我們由於一些原因很遲才退房，很是抱歉，性價比超高
