Hotels near Daewonsa in Wanju-gun

Although it is located in the commercial area of Jeonju Innovation City, it is quiet and comfortable at night. Use for business trips. Check-out is fast at 11 o'clock. I can't eat it because I have breakfast. Recommended.

It was the best accommodation I have ever stayed near Jeonju. The facilities are clean and the boss is friendly and above all, there is no such cost-effective accommodation. Willing to stay again if I travel to Jeonbuk next time

Stayed with the wife for one day Hotel is 7k taxi ride from Jeonju bus terminal. Make sure you tell the driver to run it on the meter as sometimes they'll charge you a higher flat fare for going to a ”different” city Room was spacious, a few house keeping mishaps (previous guest's used contact lenses left by the sink), coffee stains splashed on the wall. For some really random reason the toilet door is see through and has no noise proofing. Therefore if you want to use the toilet without your partner seeing a silhouette and hearing associated sounds then you have to go downstairs. If you do stay then get breakfast outside, for 15k a person we got crab balls which were too hard to stick a fork in, meatballs, tepid scrambled eggs, cold tomato soup, slightly oxidised fruit, and some mixed panchan. Also no staff really check who you are or pay any attention to you so you could likely just go upstairs and grab it for free. But as they say, it's better than the market average (which is pretty low)

It's a small hotel across Hotel Lahan, but facilities and room was very nice, made the hotel look like it is 5 star, without the 5 star charge. Hotel room itself was big. Toilet was separate for shower and toilet, but its an open model (no door separating toilet from bedroom- theres a door for the shower and bidet in the toilet). All the amentities needed are available. Our room also had a free breakfast ( I was told when i was checking in, wasn't stated on agoda booking). I didnt think the room came with breakfast, but apparently its complimentary breakie. Breakfast was basic: toast, yogurt and coffee. There's a microwave during breakfast. The lady on front desk didn't speak a lot of English, but she tried to assist us with all our questions using Papago. She also helped us book a taxi via kakao app which was awesome. Hotel is close to shops, food and main street. (5 - 10 mins walk). Also close to tourist spots ( 15 mins walk). Overall, the stay was really good and will definitely stay here when in JeonJu. I went to Jeonju to find a friend, and I booked this one close to my friend’s house. The boss was very kind, and there were all kinds of things inside, including hairspray (although I didn’t use it), a rubber band in the cotton swab bag, a smart toilet, and light switches. It is integrated, the TV is very large, and it shares a remote control with the air conditioner. The bed in my apartment is not too big, but there are two, one large and one small. It should be able to accommodate three people, and there is free parking. I rarely write such a long review, next time I will choose this restaurant again when I go to Jeonju

If you are even considering whether to do a hanok stay or not, consider no further and do the stay - absolutely memorable and worthwhile. It gives the feel of what it would have been like staying in a hanok, but with all the trappings of a modern hotel (heating, hot water, even the magic toilets 😂). We loved the location and the stay - would absolutely recommend it. YC and his sister were also great hosts keeping in close contact with us throughout and even calling a taxi for us on the last day. I would give 6 stars if I could.

I thought it would be similar to the other Mari Hotel in Jeonju but this is one of the many love motels that line the street near Jeonbuk University. However, this is a very nice love motel, arguably the nicest one I've ever been to. The bed is one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in Korea. Free drinks (not a lot of option) are available at the small lobby around the clock with some small snacks like cup noodles. The room is spotless and the furniture and bathroom are comparable to mid range hotels. Probably not the best choice for a family as it is still a love motel and the area is surrounded by them. Its proximity to the university area was nice with an abundance of dining and drinking options. It's about 2 km from the bus terminal which is walkable or a short bus/taxi ride away. The cost is similar to a mid-range hotel and significantly more than the typical love motel but the difference in quality is significant.

I'm going to rest comfortably. I liked the private back garden and it was a comfortable space that made me want to live in a house like this. I had a good rest in a quiet, clean place with a faint smell of wood.

It was a hotel I booked for 4 days and 3 nights because of Seobang's shooting competition, but I think I made a good choice. The boss made toast for breakfast himself and was very kind. Thank you.
