Booked at this hotel mainly for the spa facilities. The water in the indoor pool and the jacuzzi could be warmer. Parking can be tight. The road to get there is quite narrow.

This hotel has thought of everything! The outside pool with a little snack/bar and small pool too, a spa with a water circuit that is just magnifiscent, amazing gym, lovely food, comfortable rools with balconies, ample parking, great conference spaces, and even a business center with a computer!!

On a visit to Termas de S. Pedro do Sul with a couple of friends, we opted for this hotel for a 2 night stay. I advise you to book with the spa circuit included in the price of the accommodation, as it is more affordable. The spa circuit is wonderful with hot water and not lukewarm as I have experienced in other spas in other hotels, well organized so that you can use all the equipment without rushing. The rooms had a balcony with a view of the Hot Springs which are right in front of the hotel, and were comfortable and clean. Breakfast had a lot of variety, what I liked the most was the croissants that were made in the hotel, I think it should just have more natural fruit options. On one of the nights we tried the hotel's restaurant, which was a good surprise, as the price-quality ratio is balanced. In general, I was very satisfied with the stay, and I will certainly return on another occasion.

He went to a wedding in August at this hotel, and it was absurdly horrible, food with blowflies on top of the ball, white wine corks in red wine and ditto, cold food, flan pudding without flavor and full of water, which reminds one that has been frozen and then thawed on the wedding day. I stayed 4 nights in this hotel. The main positive point is the friendliness of the staff and the quietness of the area. However for a 4 star it falls short. The small lunch is completely the same every day, with little variety, the juices are all from a machine, coffee is not included, and even the taste of the homemade cake was the same every day. The facilities are not bad but they need a lot of updates, it seems to have been frozen in time for a good few years. What didn't stop in time was the price of coffee, which at breakfast each coffee costs €1.10, at the pool bar €1.20 and at the hotel bar €1.30. Something that seems unthinkable to me. In addition, the pool area has a lot of flies which makes it difficult to spend many hours there, we complained about this to an employee who said she would try to get some repellent but she never said anything to us, and did nothing. Despite these issues, the stay was good, the cleanliness of the room was good, the air conditioning worked well and the rooms are quite spacious, I think it will be more at the level of a 3 star.

For a mostly Portuguese clientele, the breakfast buffet is varied both in the taste of the products, in the diversity of the products and with some spectacular croissants. Foreign visitors may find it "limited". This was the fourth time we've been there. As well as the other times we liked it a lot so we went back to the same (good son, the house comes back lol) and I still have the same opinion very good 👍👍👍👍👍 excellent. Quiet place, great for resting. Good "tasquinhas", to taste local snacks. Friendly and helpful people. Recovery of historical spaces/marks. Very well organized hotel, very friendly staff and knows how to receive. Spa well equipped, wonderful outdoor pool and the massage was really good.
