如果來俄羅斯應該不用擔心酒店的衞生，因為俄羅斯人太愛乾淨了。這個酒店很不錯，性價比高，空間大，唯一不大友好的是沒有工作的桌子，到處打工的人在線工作很考驗體力。這家空間還可以比我老闆的貴的附近的那家好太多，提前checkin都可以。

1.房間很寬敞，乾淨。每天都有服務人員來做衞生，酒店位置很好，步行5分鐘到市中心。
2.早餐從8點到11點，有時候起的晚了可以在酒店吃，也不用出去跑了。
3.我是凌晨到的，很累，我詢問能否提前辦理入住，感謝酒店的工作人員然我提前半天入住，第一次遇見這麼好工作人員，下次還住teplo。

雙人房雖小但洗手間空間充足，掛掠設備也很貼心。房間裏還有小冰箱和電視、熱水壺。步行到海參崴火車站和公交站都是5分鐘左右，位於市中心，且早餐很豐富，全天熱水、咖啡茶都免費供應。性價比很高。

酒店不在最熱鬧的區域，房間很小，早餐十分簡單，最要命的是服務人員既不會英語也不懂中文。還好就三晚，湊合了。旺季溢價十分嚴重。

房間大小合適，床夠大，乾淨整潔，離火車站較近，出行方便，附近有銀行超市，早餐很簡單，酒店大廳不大，有自助咖啡和茶飲。
