A good hotel and stay in vizianagaram. Rooms were clean and family friendly. Location is close to all important local destinations

My recent stay at svn lake palace fell short of my expectations. Despite previous experiences, this time the quality and maintenance of the hotel did not meet my standards. The washrooms were unkempt, with low water pressure in both the sink and shower. Additionally, the ac fan was excessively noisy, disrupting my comfort. Considering the facilities provided, the nightly rate felt unjustifiably high and overly pricey. However, i must commend the breakfast, which was enjoyable. Overall, i cannot recommend this hotel for families due to cleanliness issues and noise disturbances.

Hotel ambiance are good, staff are friendly and rooms are very spacious, hygiene and neat and clean. We are enjoyed a lot in our stay over there.

The room in which we were staying was not up to the mark. The bathroom was not clean enough. The wall adjacent to bathroom had water seepage and the wall paint had worn off. The only positive point is it's location. It is located on the main road and has many nearby restaurants and shopping malls.

Safety is zero here.. My mom and wife took room at 12 Noon 3rd Jan 24.. And they went for a marriage and returned midnight.
One more thing u guys are very particular about small things like check in and checkout..

Excellent property. Definitely surpassed my expectation. Very clean and food is nice. Rooms are clean and nice.
