Wingate by Wyndham Vineland/Millville

Parking was great, especially since I was towing a trailer. Breakfast start time of 6am was excellent as I needed to be out early in the morning. Desk clerk upon c/i seemed disinterested and went through the steps for c/i but not much more. Different person @ c/o and only mildly better. There was a displeasing chemical/sweat smell by the elevator that I suspect was a cleaner & one of the elevators would bang pretty hard upon stopping. Only one of the two room keys provided worked, and the door was difficult to open without putting your shoulder into it - I think it was room 316. Overall, I'd probably stay again, but it's just OK for the price.

It’s always god to stayed in a good and clean hotel. Staff friendly and everything smelling clean

It smells like smoke supposed to be non smoking but there has been a lot of smoking in this room. And the hotel tried to mask the smoke smell with very strong air freshener which is making it so much worse. My eyes hurt from the smell and I have such a headache

It was a clean safe hotel. The staff was excellent and super friendly. We had a wonderful stay.

I had a king room and when i got in, it was accessible without a bath and smelled weird. I asked for a different room and they told me there was not a single other room for me to go in. The bed was also indented to a point you sunk into it.

They did not have many breakfast options. Need to do a better breakfast

Room had the biggest roach in it i ever seen.. And i got the pictures..yes they gave me another room but if there 1 roach there planty more they lay eggs everywhere.I got pictures... I just felt uncleanness....

Room was non-smoking, but upon arrival, it smelled like cigarettes (ALOT). I asked for a room change and the same thing with the new room. The toilet had low water pressure, so you had to flush it like 3 times. I've stayed here before with no problems, but this visit was not one of them! When I expressed my issues to the front desk, she said she couldn't do anything because I booked with a third party! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, I'd say!!

Staff was amazing, both rooms very clean and this hotel is quiet compared to others we've stayed in. Only heard people when we left our rooms going to and from the elevator.
