Este hotel publica una tarifa en internet pero cuando te cobra con tarjeta pretende cobrar 6% adicional. Por otro lado a pesar de indicar pago anticipado con tarjeta en las plataformas de reserva, no te cobran, para luego poder exigirte el pago con tarjeta por 6% más o obligarte a pagar anticipado por medios de pago que solo funcionan en Colombia, por lo que los extranjeros quedan sometidos al incremento del 6%. Trato abusivo a los clientes. Al negarme a sus condiciones abusivas me cancelaron la reserva.

Pasamos una noche en el hotel! Queda muy cerca de la plaza principal y zona de comercio. Excelente atención, instalaciones muy comodas, limpias, dormimos muy bien. La relación precio/ beneficio es excelente! Muy recomendado!

Cinque stelle sono troppo poco. Bella struttura, camere ben arredate e pulitissime. Molto bella e curata la biancheria. Il terrazzo è molto carino e accogliente. Personale gentilissimo. È difficilissimo trovare hotel così ordinato e perfetto. Vicinissimo al centro. Super consigliato
