Hyatt Place St Augustine/Vilano Beach

Wonderful trip for relaxing. Room was better than most, quite large and comfortable. Breakfast daily was above average with great flavor. Roof top bar was an excellent place for cold beverage . The service retrieving your vehicle was very quick. All the employees seemed to like their job and they were friendly and helpful. We will certainly return in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place Vilano Beach. It was a close walk to a beautiful, clean beach. We were told the pool wasn’t warm, but turned out it was! We skipped swimming because we weren’t aware until it was too late. The breakfast was great and well stocked. We paid a little extra for a balcony but the view wasn’t good. Don’t waste your money on a balcony. We paid for valet parking which ended up not being necessary. There is plenty of street parking. It was overall a clean hotel and very friendly staff.

Clean and modern hotel. Beds were comfy. Family friendly. Publix across the street and the beach a 5 min walk. Breakfast was ok for being complimentary. Would visit again.

The room was too cold for me at arrival 68 degrees so I used the heater and my allergies went haywire. Sneezing constantly when in the room, but I’d rather sneeze than be cold.

I was so impressed with the room I asked 1 of the employees if it was newly renovated. I was told that it was newly 'BUILT' and they just opened October 2023. The room was spacious, 2 Queens plus an area that felt like a small living room. 5 minutes walk to the beach, Publix around the corner. Convenient! I would definitely go back there again! Staff was great! The only thing I didn't like is that you have to valet park your car or do street parking.

I think for what the hotel charges, the least they can offer for free is a couple of bottle of water and not sell them. Also they attitude if the people at the reception is not the most desired. Finally they didn’t offer a final receipt to check all the charges. They must do this with every customer we no matter what. The cleaning personnel was extremely friendly. Finally, they shouldn’t charge for parking. Other hotels of the same category very close don’t charge for parking. I found this very expensive and inconvenient

Such a beautiful hotel, inside and out! We love staying there for our daughter’s wedding close by. The room is spacious and gorgeous. Love the art deco! The rooftop bar is fun and the food is delicious. The breakfast included with the stay was top-notch. Thank you for such, great service and a beautiful place. We are excited to go back.

It could have been better but they made me waste time check in. The room was not ready, which you pay to have it ready becof you leave late check out they charge you a later fee. I think if they are not ready this they should hire more staff.
