The location was excellent. Just right across to the opposite side of the street. Really recommended for pp who is traveling in the city or to other countries nearby.
Air conditioning was available in the room during the time we traveled in mid-October. The only downside was that there wasn't an electric kettle in the room. But the staff at the bar area on the ground floor is really helpful to provide.

Hotel is next to the Vienna main station, many restaurants are inside the station so the location is good. But you can hear the noise next to your room easily. Still recommend it

1. Location: Excellent & Pretty handy to almost everywhere in Vienna
2. Service Team: quite friendly but not seems keen to corporate with your almost any requests for an assistance.
2. Supplies: awful poor. Not even able to supply a kettle for hot water.
In general, the price is good; the location is great; hotel assistance is almost 0.

Worst hotel stayed during the 1 month trip to Europe. Service standard is lacking, only hotel that I been to with nobody smiling and the water turns hot and cold while showering.

Excellent location and it is right next to Vienna Central Station. Staff is friendly.
Room: Fair considering it is a 3-star hotel. However, I could not withstand the poor bathing facility as the water turned super cold or super hot during bathing every time!

Very regular chain hotel, everything very cheap. I think that even 100€ is overpriced for this place
No kettle in the room but you could take hot water in the bar downstairs
Bed is ok. So for one night it’s ok option if you need just a room to slip in and take a train next day
