1. **Location**: Super convenient! It's right by the Taubstummengasse U1 station, just one stop from Wien Hauptbahnhof (Vienna Central Station). It's also incredibly close to major attractions like St. Stephen's Cathedral, the Kunsthistorisches Museum, Hofburg Palace, Albertina Museum, and Belvedere Palace. 2. **Cleanliness**: Extremely clean and tidy. The room was cleaned daily by dedicated staff. If you appreciate the service, you can leave some 'Trinkgeld' (tip) by the pillow. There's a coffee maker and kettle, so you don't need to bring your own travel kettle. 3. **Service**: The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Check-in was quick and smooth. 4. **Breakfast**: Although there are no hot dishes, the variety of food changes daily. The bread and yogurt were delicious, and there's a Tchibo Cafissimo machine with many coffee options. I particularly loved the oatmeal; it was perfect for my Chinese palate. 5. **Room**: The single room was a bit small but perfectly adequate. My only minor complaint is that the luggage rack in the single room is a bit small – my 24-inch suitcase didn't fit well. I wish they had the same size expandable luggage rack as the double rooms. There's a cool little extra in the room: a radio where you can tune into your favorite stations. Overall, it's a great place for solo travelers. Very introvert-friendly!

The hotel's location is excellent; the subway is right across the street, making it very convenient for getting around. There are also supermarkets and various restaurants nearby. The concert hall and museum are just a 15-minute walk away. The room was exceptionally clean and quiet. The staff were also very friendly. It's suitable for both business and family travel.

The room was a bit small, but generally clean. The bed, however, was a bit saggy. I'd say it was just okay, nothing great, nothing terrible. Breakfast didn't offer a huge variety, but there was enough to eat. I probably wouldn't choose this hotel again for my next trip to Vienna.
