We had a wonderful stay at The Melia. The hotel is a little further out of town but was perfectly located for our conference and has a good transport link into the Inner Stadt within 10mins Room was perfect with a lovely bed and all amenities required. Staff were really friendly and professional. Special thanks to Lana who works in the rooftop bar who was really friendly and kind. Great job to all the staff at Melia Vienna.

Community events and the conditions of the hotel were good. But there are two things, that really bothered me during the stay. 1- I stayed at the hotel between 14-28 May 2023 and the nights were cold during that days. When I went to the reception desk to tell them I got cold and the heating system doesn't work. The only thing he said at the desk was the heating system is just for cooling the room. and he suggested me to turn it off and close the windows with a laugh. I think it was too rude. 2- I was staying in an extended stay and my card didn't open the kitchen's door. When I asked the person in the reservation area, the responsible person in there told me ,that I can't use the kitchen facilities because I have an extended stay. At the last days of my stay, I learned that I can use the kitchen. Those 2 things are the reason that I won't stay again at that hotel.

I studied abroad in Vienna in 2009 for my MBA and this was my first trip back since. I selected the Hilton Vienna Park because of it's close proximity to public transport and also near parks and sights I enjoyed when I spent more extensive time in this wonderful city. The hotel itself is busy, but the rooms were upscale, modern and comfortable. The executive lounge is one of the best I've ever been in - great breakfast, great cocktail hour selections and a comfortable place to relax after long days of walking and sightseeing! The hotel is located right next to Wien Mitte so good accessibilty anywhere you need to go as this is a main station in Vienna. Enjoy - I highly recommend this hotel!

I had a very nice welcome. I was allowed to bring my bike to the room.
The room was really spacious and very nice breakfast buffet! Coffee machines were inefficient though :(

I was here with my mother for a concert visit. The location is top for this because the hotel is just next to St. Marx Stadium. The rooms were very clean and modern, the beds were very comfortable and soft, the whole hotel smells very well, the receptionists are competent and friendly, and breakfast was top! Many house-made lifts, all fresh and always filled and even a house-made rug hop was with it. The servers were also at breakfast, and that although very much was lost and they were only too second, very careful and friendly. Very recommendable!

Overall ok for one night, good value for money. May really like if you are a true back packer.
Location was a bit sketchier than I expected but the hotel is on a corner and easy to spot. You need a key card to get into the hotel or you have to buzz for the front desk person to let you in. Checkin and checkout was easy. You have to put down a €2 deposit for the key card that you get back after you checkout and return the key.
I was placed in a full room, upper bunk, assume it’s mostly because it’s still a bit of summer travel. The main room was a bit dirty, mostly the floor but minor (could be due to the ladies in the room, not sure how long they had been there). Each bunk had two sockets for charging digital items, one usb port, a shelf, a night light, one pillow with case and one duvet with cover but not an addition sheet for the bed mattress. I liked the privacy curtain as well. Only thing that was a major negative was the heat, this is Europe so they did not have any air con. They did provide a small fan, it helped to move air but not much else in such a large room.
The toilet was cleaner than I expected and I didn’t used the shower, so I can’t review that part.

Mixed bag here. The hotel is walking distance to the Stadthalle, our main reason for booking. Lots of transport links around. Many Ubers and bolts, and about 30/40 minutes to the airport via taxi. Room size was adequate, with a mini fridge, which was unplugged with food and drink inside. It didn't really cool well, when we managed to plug it in. The beds were comfy. The room had tea and coffee making facilities, but no milk. Room had electric blinds which were cool, and room was good and dark when the curtains were closed. Breakfast was ok, pretty standard, nothing special. But still good to start the day with. Rooms on the street side are very very noisy. The hotel is near a shopping mall, so deliveries 5am-10am every morning. Vehicles lloading, banging, noise, men shouting, doors slamming etc. But not really the hotel's fault. At night people smoke outside. So you can't really open windows overnight if you want a decent night's sleep. The room got very stuffy and no real aircon. The cleaning staff start very early, around 9am, so again prospect of good sleep is hit and miss, but they are very friendly and polite. Room generally clean, but there were hairs in the sink and shower. Also hairs on the supposedly clean towels. Staff mostly friendly and accommodating. However, the price of drinks seemed to change every round, (normally increasing). There was one member of staff who had the most appalling attitude. On our last night the shower flooded badly, into the hallway of our room. We couldn't shower or use the toilet. We phoned reception. The staff member claimed he didnt understand what bathroom is flooded means. After 5 attempts at explaining. He said he would send a colleague up. Surprise! Surprise! No one came. We needed sleep due to early flight the next day. We went down to reception, we were ignored, treated with contempt, eye rolls, and he told us he couldn't help, he said he was on his own. So sending someone was a LIE!? He was at the bar pouring drinks slowly, while looking at us blankly and rolling his eyes. He demanded we take a seat, no apologies, no offer of a solution. Basically appalling customer service and no communication. He was quick to check in guests that came to reception, inbetween pouring drinks deliberately slowly to avoid us. The only thing he said was he was on his own and there were no spare rooms. Eventually, he came to our room and saw the problem. With a bad attitude he did try to unblock the drain to no avail. We were lucky enough to have him mop up the floor and give us more towels, upon us asking, no offer. The staff in the morning when we checked out were apologetic when we told them, which we appreciated, and did make us nice coffee's to go. Unfortunately it doesn't take the bad taste away, and we had a poor night's sleep as a result of the stress. No one deserves contempt, utter rudeness and unhelpfulness as a paying guest, especially when we should have been resting, ready for flying

Outstanding
GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very good. There is a long queue at the patisserie cafe next to it. You can walk to various attractions except Schönbrunn Palace. You can directly use Ctrip’s navigation address to get to the hotel entrance. The doorman has valet parking service. We stayed there. For three days, there were no trains during the period, and the parking fee totaled 135€, which is quite expensive 😂
The breakfast in the hotel is very good ~ the room is very high and not depressing
MManqiRoom is big and clean. Location is convenient as there is direct train between Vienna airport yo Rennweg. Next to Belverde and within walking distance to other main attractions. Would recommend!
JJustin Teo KThe location is the best! Environment also very near to supermarket and transportation. Drinks, food, everything nearby and is so convenient. Even night time go back also very safety as the location is in the middle of city. 1 more things I like is to drink the refresher drink and snack provide from the hotel every morning before I leave the hotel.
GGuest UserAt my grandchildren's 10th anniversary, I wanted to go to Vienna and chose the hotel in question, and I was very pleased with it. The hotel, although far from the city centre and Vienna airport, is very well connected to these with timely and efficient trains and metro even during night hours. The structure is located in a shopping centre with all services including shops, bars, restaurants and a discotheque, and therefore, in the event, you can enjoy even without moving ”home”. The Danube is also very close and you can walk in the green parks that are upside the river. The staff of the hotel speak so many languages, they are all kind and prepared, and the rooms are spacious and clean regularly, unless you choose to give up The breakfast is served until late morning and it really offers everything with high quality and quantity standards. I found everything I was looking for and that was offered to me. Perhaps, as a pine, I found the bed coats too ”mole” but, for the rest (as already pointed out), I have nothing to complain about.
GGuest UserThe apartment is outside the centre of Vienna, but super accessible for any means available nearby: 1.metropolitana (it is 3 minutes walk, behind the corner) 2.stazione Regional trains (beside the metro for any destination) 3. Bus: you need to cross the train station to access the bus headline (line400) 4.tram: it is also the god of the park having crossed the bus stop (tram line D) With regard to supermarkets, the hotel is the practitioner The hotel, not our staff x the reception at the arrival time, is practical in check-in. When booking you receive a door code to enter and then on the input bank will only scan the qr-code received during the booking, enter the booking and take the cards made available to you The floor has a relaxing room with sofas, chairs and tables and a kitchen floor to make coffee (for payment) or wash tools. There are also drinking machines or food. In addition, you can find the room to wash your clothes, you can access through the room card (You need to download the Miele app and the rechargeable mini-bar is €20!). The apartment is silent, the only sin found was the heat air thermostat, as the recirculation was always cold even increasing the temperature and with 6 degrees outside we asked for reception assistance and the The next day, in addition to us, six apartments were set at least and therefore after the technician's place, the temperature was reversed to the winter season. On every floor (always accessible with your card) there is a vacuum tool where towels, sticks, toilet paper, washing boxes and washing bags can be taken, as well as the dust and stick to be used. Recommended. The waste as requested on the site is accessed with the lift that has the U key.
TTina LThe staff at the reception was very helpful and friendly. However, the lobby did not look very invited. The carpet in the room or studio was totally dirty. The bag box in the bathroom was empty - if already a box was filled, please also. The terrace door could not be opened. Because our stay at the hotel was very short, you couldn't see it, but I wouldn't book the hotel again. In the morning we decided not to breakfast at the hotel. The tables were very uncomfortable and generally not invited.
GGuest UserWe visited Calmo hotel the past few days.it is very well situated only a 5 minutes walk from Spittelau metro U4 metro stop.from there the city of Vienna lies in front of your feet.the room is good for 3 people and it was always cleaned and warm.the breakfast is adequate for a day of walking in Vienna.not a great variety but enough to get you going.the staff was always helpful and kind.My only disappoin**ent was the absence of a fridge in the room. Thanks to the weather we stored our refreshments outside of the window. But the pros are far more from the cons so if we would go back in Vienna we would visit the hotel again.
WWilsonThe hotel is located across Wien Hbf. It's not quite the traditional city centre of Vienna but there are buses, tramways and Metro line 1 that bring us to different tourist spots.
The hotel itself is a bit old. The sound proof of the door in the room is poor and the shower is not strong enough. The wash basin is very small as well.
BBo RFor the price this room was perfect. The location is not far from the U1Metro and you are equally close to the city center.
When I first arrived I used the lift to get my heavy bag to the main floor. Unfortunately, with all my bags I failed to read the notice about the red line that you must be in front of so I was temporarily stuck in the elevator. I called the listed number and they cleared that up immediately.
The room is a bed a desk and a television with a full bathroom. For the price I found this to be more than enough. The breakfast is a little overpriced for what is being offered but I didn't bother since I was so close to so many restaurants.
The front desk is occupied only a few hours a day and when I first arrived my key was sitting on the desk with my name on it. This was at around 4:30PM so I was a little surprised. The next day I was able to share my passport info and check in. I was able to call the number and speak with someone at 11pm to extend my stay a day so I can't complain about the service.
Perhaps the only thing that made the stay less than perfect was the wifi was very spotty and disconnected frequently. Luckily, due to the central location in the capitol of Austria cell service was top notch.
I would happily stay again at Dan's In'n Out and I can recommend it wholeheartedly.
