Our stay was very comfortable. The hotel is right at the city center and we couldn’t be more pleased about it.

Near the cathedral in the center of Vienna. It's easy to travel anywhere. Food around the hotel is delicious at many restaurants. There is air conditioning in the room, but it's not very cool. The thermos for making coffee doesn't work. Breakfast is quite good. There is a porter (there are trips)

The hotel is located in District 1 of Vienna, within walking distance of almost all attractions, and there are also many Chinese restaurants around. The staff at the hotel are friendly and welcoming. I will choose Hotel Graben again next time I come to Vienna.

It's very good and convenient for a business trip. It's very convenient to catch a flight the next day. Great hotel, great staff I will stay here again next time. Thank you Ctrip for your good service as always! a wonderful trip

The hotel is very good in terms of location, but I didn't like my room very much.

The location is perfect 👍 You can walk to any attraction in the city center. The style of the room is very Viennese ~~ clean and tidy

The room is generally tidy The hotel has no concierge service Because it was past eleven o'clock that night, I was so hungry that I left my luggage next to the front desk to buy sausages. When I came back, I was asked by the hotel to take care of my luggage. Again, the hotel is relatively old. The old-fashioned door lock key makes a loud sound every time it opens and closes. The elevator is fast The front desk service is not very good The night before check-out, a man told me that the hotel would give me a large bottle of mineral water for free. As a result, I had to check out at 6 a.m. and he said he would need to pay. Really speechless😓😓 I'm not a bargain Normally, a hotel room provides two bottles of mineral water for free. If they don’t have it in the hotel, forget it. I also said I would buy one bottle of mineral water and he said he would give it to me for free. Why did he change his mind in the morning? It’s quite strange🙄 I asked before if there was free mineral water. They told me to ask me to get free mineral water from the fountain ⛲️ downstairs, or else I would buy it... As a guest, I find it quite strange🙄

Great location near underground and St Stephen Cathedral. Close to the opera house, the Abertina and Spanish riding school. Rooms we had was basic. Staff very helpful.

Hotel is in a fantastic location. The room was VERY small and cramped. Even though hung some towels all were changed.

This property was very well located. The staff was pleasant and breakfast was nice. The only thing that we struggled with was the noise between rooms. In the morning it felt as if the upstairs neighbor was in our room with us.

The best feature of this hotel is its central location, a few steps from the main commercial area of the Graben. The rooms we had (on two separate stays in this trip) were quite small which made unpacking of two suitcases very challenging. The bathroom was small but comfortable. The staff was good but not overly helpful. That is, they would help with your requests, but didn’t go way out of their way. The taxi service they provided to the airport was comfortable and reasonable. I would probably stay again there because of the convenience.

The best feature of the hotel is its location. A few steps from the Graben pedestrian area, it’s hard to beat. The only unpleasant thing was that both times we checked in they required up front payment. This is the first time it has happened to us. One arrives and wishes to quickly get to your room and relax but we had to settle the bill before entering our room. Otherwise the service was quite good and they were very accommodating. The room is small though and it’s difficult to open more than one suitcase.

Excellent breakfast with very pleasant and attentive staff. Front desk helpful and cheerful. Our superior room was spacious and provided all we needed for our stay! And the free coffee in our room was a plus!! We walked to 6 of the 7 Christmas markets in the area!! Easy walking to all of the sights and museums. Rate it a 10 out of 10!!!

Perfect Location.Good Breakfast.Italian restaurant belonging to hotel very good but, after we signed the evening meal receipt and asked for it to go on our bill, the waiter came back and asked us to put a tip on it, which made us feel uncomfortable. We did find out later 'though, that this seemed to be the norm in most of the Vienna restaurants. Very clean hotel.Room needed more comfort, better tea & coffee facilities (maybe a kettle instead of the coffee machine and pods)and the shower need modernising Would have been nice to have complimentary bottled water in the room instead of having to buy it. For me, the location gives this hotel its 4 star rating but I would consider it a 3 star otherwise. It suited our short trip but probably wouldn't stay here again.
