Fairfield Inn & Suites Vernon

The hotel is clean and very comfortable. Sure I will come back if I visit Vernon next time.

Very environmentally unfriendly. Their complimentary breakfast comes with massive wastage with all disposable cutlery, cups, and plates.

Location was very convenient, walking distance to grocery, coffee shop and restaurants. My room 316 was clean and had a mountain view. Breakfast is ok with hot food (scrambled egg, potatoes, sausages, oa**eal, waffles). I would book again with them next time.

Room was fantastic entire facility clean and nice, while staff was efficient they were short and not over polite or friendly

Very disappointed after being gone all day, came back and beds were not remade, not even refilling the coffee pods or cups in the room. Went to the pool and no clean towels. Had to phone and get some. No Lysol wipes or water in the gym. When you pay over $400 for 2 nights I would have expected better service.

I booked approximately a month before our stay. I requested a ground floor room for my disabled husband. Arrive, no ground floor available for us. Sent to second floor. Upon entry to our room, I noticed that the room had a very bad smell to it. It was either body odor or someone ate something very off it the room. I opened the window and aired it out until we returned from dinner. It helped but the smell was still strong in the bathroom. There were no suitcase racks. My husband needed to rest for his surgery the next day. It was so noisy. I finally called the frontdesk at 10pm, due to the people above us running and jumping. The next day we noticed that outside the lobby was littered with cigarette butts. After being at the hospital we learned my husbands long awaited surgery was now cancelled. The plan was to stay another night while my husband was in hospital, but with the cancellation, it was not necessary and we just wanted to get back home. I asked if we could checkout early, and explained the circumstances, we did not want a refund but perhaps a credit for the next surgery date, We were leaving early enough that they could clean and rent the room out again. The lovely girl at the frontdesk said she would email the manager. Within minutes, I was told the manager said no, no refund or credit. We have stayed here several times, and this time was a bad experience from beginning to end. Disappointing to say the least. We will not be staying here again.

Good location and nice hotel/rooms. Cleanliness was a little suspect and the pool/spa was not working. All and all okay

Super clean pool area which is a rarity in hotels. Some hair was left in the shower, but not a deal-breaker. No food on property but right next door is a bunch of restaurants within 30 yards.
