Hotel location is super good, close to where! The doorway is small, and it is hard to find for the first time, next to a restaurant. Very quiet, basically no noise at night! Breakfast is OK, you can eat delicious! It is recommended to participate in the hotel's free glass factory tour. We didn't buy anything, visited the glass factory for free, and experienced their boat taxis for free. It is necessary to get the boat for the return trip, 7.5 euros per person. A day trip to Glass Island!

The location is very good, that is, from the boat station, you need to take a small bridge, the room is not big, but the window is downstairs is the river, there are many gondola coming and going, the hotel does not have a lift, you need to take the box to the second floor check in But there will be a staff to help you get the box to the room, the breakfast is good. But the single room booked by a friend is really small.

Stayed at the Venice Sanctuary Hotel for three days in early November. As many tourists commented, the hotel was clean and tidy, antique, and free self-cooked coffee. Especially very close to various major attractions, very close, it can be said to be close at hand! And I especially want to praise a Miss Huang at the front desk of the hotel! For me, a free traveler who basically does not speak English and is alone, I thank the beautiful Italian Chinese girl Miss Huang! When I came to the front desk of the hotel, I found that the staff was Chinese, so I asked her if she could communicate in Chinese? Although Miss Huang is Italian, my fluent Chinese language and I are really overjoyed! Ms. Huang was patient and enthusiastic. She carefully told me how to go to the airport, how to get to the waterway, how to get to the bus, how much the fare, how much time, how to buy tickets for the water bus, how to ride. These are really important to me! I immediately felt that I was a lot more at ease and I was very happy. Here, I want to express my sincere thanks to Miss Huang again! I also hope that free travelers like me will choose to stay at the Sanjialuo Hotel in Venice. I believe you will be as lucky as I am to meet the warm and lovely Miss Huang!

Great hotel in a superb location. 5 minute walk to St Marks Square, 5 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge. The staff are great, very professional and helpful. The breakfast was way better than I was expecting, we were told continental which are sometimes a bit poor but theirs was excellent, loads of choice and even bacon & scrambled egg! Mini Bar in the rooms really reasonably priced too. Couldn’t be any more happy with our choice, would definitely recommend 👍

Stayed here for 4 nights. Hotel is very central, 5 minutes walk from the Rialto Vaparetto stop and 8 minutes walk to St Marks. The room was clean, tidy, nice shower. Knew they didn’t have a kettle so brought one and instant tea with us. Great cake shop nearby for cannoli to go with a cuppa after a days sightseeing! The mattress was firm but actually very comfortable. The hotel was quiet, although there was some street noise but the room had shutters which blocked out a lot of it. It was quite expensive though so would maybe look for something cheaper if I went again. But couldn’t fault it for a first time visit.

This was my third visit to this Hotel. The location, the staff and the service keeps me coming back when ever I return to Venice. The location alone is worth the visit. The only slim negative was the bed. I think if Hotels push to singles together to make a king/queen they need a topper to stop you falling into the crack in the middle! A minor inconvenience that could be fixed.
