We stayed here back in March and are so glad we did! Fair enough the hotel itself is a bit dated, but it was cosy, clean and comfortable-what more can you ask for?! The location is perfect-super close to Marco Polo airport and a 2 minute walk to the bus stop to get the bus into Venice, tickets can be purchased at the hotel reception and if I remember rightly they were only about 1.5 euro per person per journey, which was really good we thought. The staff were lovely and so helpful, one lady in particular (I can't remember her name-I'm sure it began with an M but could be wrong) was amazing and was always there at breakfast. I am vegan and every morning she went above and beyond to bring me lots of vegan goodies, she couldn't have done any more for me and even found me vegan croissants on the last morning! I appreciated all of her efforts so much. She even drove us to the airport as you had to purchase different tickets to get to the airport. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again! Thank you so much for being so brilliant to us!

As a location it is perfect to get to the airport immediately but close to a very busy road but I must say that I am a light sleeper and I did not hear anything in the evening. The staff and owner are very kind and pamper you. The breakfast has different products and varies. Excellent coffee.

The people at the front desk were very kind and thoughtful. The structure is very welcoming. Excellent cleaning of the rooms. There is ample free parking and a beautiful, well-kept garden. There is an annex with rooms that look really beautiful from the outside.

After being deceived into a hotel in Mastre run by foreigners..... we arrived here and found a beautiful environment, highly trained staff, everything very nice and clean, excellent location and excellent position to reach the center of Venice. Thanks to all the staff and in particular to Carlo who managed to help us and save our weekend!!!! Thank you so much again...... we will definitely come back to visit you!!!!!

We stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days and we immediately felt at home! My 7 year old son loved everything from the place to the room to the breakfast to the trea**ent to the staff to the property and us with him! Pampered, advised and managed in everything both for the hotel for getting around and for everything! A wonderful experience and a huge thank you to all the staff

(ps: breakfast is plentiful, varied and of high quality) In addition, the stop for bus 19 or 5 which takes you straight to Venice, is just a few steps away !! The hotel is very clean, well looked after and you can see the love of the owner, Ugo... who takes care of the lawn personally on Sundays!! And yes... Ugo... you can also find him a few tens of meters further on in his beautiful restaurant that he has been running with his wife for over 40 years... excellent fish cuisine...
