Beware, if you want to have a nice time in Venice, choose other hotel. In this you will get bed bugs for free, this hotel doesn't look like a 3 star hotel, if I were to give it away i wouldn't get any - musty smell, dirty walls, bed bugs on the walls. Stay far away from this hotel.

We had a terrible experience booking this hotel.
The voucher mentions that you can check-in anytime between 8am and 1pm (which is a false promise), after having a hectic travel for 8hrs, we reached hotel at 12pm and we were not allowed to check-in until 1pm- the receptionist was so rude to us.
We were offered a very small room, with no balcony, no water bottles, no kettles, no coffee set, no baby fridge and even the shower head was broken.
As I was not feeling well, I asked the reception for a glass of hot water, for which they denied (seriously?).
What the voucher mentions is a double bed, but I had got two single beds attached and they both were at different heights.
The breakfast was awful too and we never even got a coffee as the machine was broken.
I have had a very bad experience and obviously not expected in a place like venice.
Since there is a mismatch from what is shown in your website and what was in reality, I request you a full refund of my booking as it was totally not worth it.

Attesa per il check in diversamente da quanto prenotato.
Stanza non conforme a quanto prenotato e non da hotel 3 stelle, angusta scomoda priva di comodità base. Prezzo qualità pessimo.

Eu adoraria escrever um comentário cheio de elogios para este lugar, porque a localização é bem conveniente, a estrutura é bonitinha e o staff é minimamente cordial, mas os elogios param por aqui. Em nosso quarto, nada funcionava, o chuveiro era ruim (uma mangueira de banheira onde a água saía apenas na horizontal), o ar condicionado só faz barulho e não esfria o ambiente (aviso, contém ironia: aqui o staff informa que é uma legislação local e precisam manter o ar em cerca de 25 graus ou mais em função do meio ambiente, embora pareça que só eles sigam a suposta lei, já que ao passar por outros estabelecimentos comerciais, inclusive hoteis, é possível perceber os equipamentos de ar condicionado trabalhando muito bem e em temperaturas mais agradáveis). Nosso frigobar também não funcionava, talvez por uma questão ambiental também 😂. Enfim, esse hotel é ótimo para quem quer economizar bastante e estar bem localizado, mas não espere contar com ar condicionado, frigobar ou até um chuveiro como estamos acostumados.
O café da manhã é ok, servem cereais com iogurte ou leite, um pãozinho e um croassaint por pessoa, acompanhados de uma fatia de queijo e presuntoe opções de geleia. Cuidado especialmente com os frios, pois é possível que eles sirvam os itens perto de estragarem, falo porque aconteceu conosco.
Ah, e eu ia me esquecendo: no site diz que o checkin está disponível das 8h às 12h, o que não condiz com a realidade, já que este processo só pode ser feito após às 14h. Enfim, o hotel tinha tudo para ser bem bacana, mas não parece que as pessoas estão se importanto com isso.
