Ignore all those bad reviews. This hotel was totally fine. The staffs were kind & helpful. Room & bathroom were clean, no mold whatsoever. The only minor was the elevator which apparently only works for upper level. We will stay here again.

It was very easy to find from the train station. Very close to everything! Great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You could leave your luggage if you came before the check out time. I would stay there again.

The hotel is close to the Barefoot Bridge and next to the train station. The location is very convenient. You don’t have to push your luggage around in Venice, which is full of bridges and stone staircases. The room is very spacious and the location is very good. It is very convenient to the train station and you can store your luggage for free. The room was on the first floor and was woken up by the noise from the restaurant in the morning. The city tax collected is inconsistent with what Ctrip shows.
