I've always loved Langham and Cordis; my impression was always that they struck a perfect balance, excelling in both hardware (facilities) and software (service). This particular hotel, however, feels like 'great hardware, but service is a toss-up.' If you're coming specifically for Baoshan Binjiang, it seems to have no real competitors nearby. But if you're looking for detailed service, it barely passes. 👍 3 Reasons to Go For It: 1. **Unbeatable Location, Especially for Cruise Passengers** * **Proximity**: It's a mere 300 meters from Wusongkou International Cruise Terminal – you can see the docks with your own eyes. It’s also very close to Binjiang Park and two A-Foot-Garden cafes. * **Surroundings**: The 'Sea World' commercial complex is right downstairs, making it super convenient for meals and buying water. You can also walk to Paotaiwan Wetland Park, perfect for entertaining kids and enjoying the river view. 2. **Stunning River View Rooms, Excellent Value for Money** * **View**: I highly recommend upgrading to a higher-floor river view room! The floor-to-ceiling windows face the confluence of the Huangpu, Yangtze, and Suzhou rivers, offering an incredibly expansive view. Watch massive cruise ships slowly dock during the day and enjoy the sunset over the river in the evening – the ambiance is fantastic. * **Hardware**: The room size is generous, and the separate wet and dry bathroom is very clean. The room was clean and tidy, and the service was excellent and responsive to all our needs. Our river and sea view room offered a wide, unobstructed panorama, perfect for watching the drone show and fireworks. The surrounding area was lovely, and it was convenient to take a stroll along the riverside.

Excellent stay, I came back specifically for the drone show and fireworks. Parking was free, though the room rate was quite high due to the fireworks. Breakfast was good too, but I wonder if they could offer an extra portion for kids?

We checked in early after our cruise returned to Shanghai. Miss Stephanie was so enthusiastic and helped us check in smoothly, letting us know the room was already ready. The unbeatable river view and fireworks show at night were absolutely amazing!

This hotel, barely two years old, is located near Wusong Pier. The best part is its excellent facilities, and with the Sea World mall right next door, shopping and dining are incredibly convenient. I booked the room last minute and arrived quite late. Stephanie at the front desk was super helpful during check-in, kindly upgrading my room and even guiding me to the elevator. She also provided a very detailed explanation of the hotel's amenities. And it turns out, if you're not paying attention, it's easy to get a bit lost – the next morning after breakfast, I almost missed the specific restaurant elevator entrance! The room door blends in seamlessly with the wall. The river view is truly spectacular, and at night, the pier across the way is lit up, so it's not just a vast expanse of darkness. The room itself is quite spacious with clear distinctions between areas. Room service robots can deliver your takeout right to your door, and all requests are handled promptly. Breakfast was also good. I'd definitely consider coming back if I get the chance!

This time I came for the 77th anniversary of our navy's founding, so I specifically booked this hotel because it's very close to the port. The front desk lady was exceptionally nice and even helped me get a free upgrade to a deluxe river-view room, which had an amazing view. The hotel overall is very new, and the room was large and clean. Aside from the bed being a bit soft, everything else felt really good. Next time I'm in Wusong, I'll definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.
