Great place to stay near the shopping centers, food, and everything you need in Venice. Would definitely rent again it’s really big and spacious.

Excellent location.
Easy checkin process.
However the property manager was not reachable when we raised concern that we were missing blankets in the kids bedroom after first night. So kids slept without blanket on 2nd night as well.

The apartment is very big with three bedrooms and plenty of beds. Very good for a family or group. Very limited furniture (only a table with chairs and lots of beds with closets). The property is old but well kept. Met the neighbors on the 4th floor who told us to be quiet after 11pm. Location is great within walking distance of the Doge's Palace and St. Mark Basilica.

Apartment was modern and in a great location. Despite being on a busy street it was very quiet. Less than a minute walk from Rialto bridge. Lots of shops and restaurants literally outside.
Only slight negative was the second bedroom was small, so it did sleep 2 but the pullout bed left hardly any space in the room so my daughter slept on the sofa bed.
Would stay again.

What is appreciable is the size of the apartment which is spacious and pleasant as well as its location in the city center.
What is not is that there are very few accessories in the kitchen: no coffee maker, no kettle, the dishwasher does not work, no dusting with the broom, clogged vacuum cleaner, lifts Smell of sewer in the bathroom, no cleaning products, no instructions.
No physical reception therefore difficult communication.
The improvement could be simple...

Very well placed, at the foot of the Rialto bridge.
8 beds possible, spacious.
Too bad, the kitchen is not very well equipped (no sponge, no dishwashing liquid, no broom, no mug for breakfast).
