It's a very dilapidated restaurant with a normal appearance. The room is thin and dilapidated. There are many people at the buffet and few waiters. The smell of oily smoke is strong and it takes a long time to eat. There are few types of food and the feeling is very bad!
We just checked out and didn't check in because we couldn't accept the shabby room. It didn't feel like a vacation at all.
I submitted my cancellation reason to Trip.com, but it was not accepted. I was extremely disappointed!

We had 5 hotels and Melia was the best.
