The Kissing Mountains

KM was recommended by a friend. Great location overlooking hills, valley, pine trees and a stream. Staff are helpful and strive to be responsive Dont expect high-end full service facilities Great for people looking for calm and homely ambience 4-5 car parking available, but more can be parked outside Tasty food, but limited food options - only BF and dinner is available Room and hot water were adequate But overall, family liked the place and enjoyed the stay.

The place is awesome and so is the property. But the ***agement is poor. Zero maintenance. We checked in and found that there is no power in the cottage. They then realised that the fuse is blown. Then the fuse was replaced and then the TV was broken, fans not working. They had to replace the tv, set top box and also the fan and we were waiting inside the room monitoring the works for 2 hours. They finally said that everything is fixed and again at night the fans were not running. There was no wife, no Airtel network, no intercom, so we had to come out of the cottage at 11 pm and shout to call the maintenance guys. Finally they switched the power to generator and we could sleep by 11.30. Next day afternoon again same issues and now all the lights started to flicker and it was like disco theatre. We finally had to check out and stayed in another resort and spend the second day there. The ***agement need to look into it and the supervisor did not even bother when I said that I had to leave. If things are going to be this way, then it will be hard to find a customer. Very poor maintenance. I will not recommend this to anyone....
