The hotel’s rooms are very spacious and comfortable. It is located on the subway line connected to the airport. The service is adequate, a very tall bellboy at the entrance is very attentive helping a large amount of suitcases and personal items. The breakfast salad bar doesn’t have enough food and the selection of vegetables is limited.

This is my favorite hotel to stay in the area. It keeps up doing an excellent job of serving their guests. The room is large and super clean. Plenty of options for breakfast - one of the best among many 5-star hotels that I have stayed. I stayed at this hotels a couple of times previously so I am so impressed of their consistency in quality services that they provided and maintained the guest rooms and facilities in excellence conditions over many years.

The room has good lighting, convenient transportation, comfortable and sanitary rooms. The hotel account manager Zhang Juan is very enthusiastic and willing to provide all kinds of help. The lobby manager Huo Qing helped me solve the invoice 🧾 issue. Zhang Juan is polite and generous. The lobby manager Huo Qing patiently solves the problem and deserves praise. The main reason for choosing Urumqi Northwest Petroleum Hotel is that it is the closest to the subway station among the five-star hotels in Urumqi. Urumqi sometimes has serious traffic jams, so it is more convenient to be close to the subway. Although it is an old five-star hotel, the decoration and accommodation are still relatively comfortable. We stayed in the hotel for three nights. The room is spacious, the single bed is 1.35 meters, and it is very friendly to guests with children. The bed is very comfortable, and the toiletries are of good quality. We received fruits and yogurt every day. The front desk checked in quickly and professionally, and the room service greeted us politely when they met, and put a few more bottles of water for us. Zhang Juan, the hotel's account manager, enthusiastically introduced the hotel's newly launched free afternoon tea service, and also paid attention to listening to the guests' opinions and suggestions on the hotel. The hotel's breakfast is relatively rich, just arrange more local fruits in Xinjiang. In short, Northwest Petroleum Hotel is a five-star hotel with a high cost performance and is a very good choice.

The room is large and clean, with a single bed of 1.35 meters and a bathtub, which is very friendly for family outings. There is ice cream for breakfast~ We walked too far in the morning and were worried that we would not be able to check out in time. Thanks to the front desk for helping to delay it for one hour. It would be better if the room had a USB port, and you need to bring your own adapter.

This is an old hotel. It is said that this is the hotel where the government receives guests. The service is excellent. The environment is also very good. I didn't have breakfast. So I won't comment on it. But I heard from friends that it is still very good.

Very satisfied. The elderly were not accompanied by young people and checked into the hotel. The account manager Zhang Juan was conscientious and caring in serving the elderly. She arranged meals for them after the plane landed and was still helping to make contacts in the middle of the night!

It's really great! The front desk staff Zhang Miaomiao is friendly and enthusiastic. The lobby manager Jin Xin gave me milk tea and desserts, which was a surprise. Whenever I consulted this lady or asked for help, I could get a timely and enthusiastic response, which made me feel warm. The room service was even more thoughtful. The room was cleaned every day and all kinds of supplies were replenished attentively. This stay experience was perfect. I will choose this place again next time I travel. This stay was really great! As soon as I entered the lobby, the staff greeted me warmly, helped me with my luggage, and checked in very quickly. I wanted to go to Tianchi, so the lobby manager Jin Xin helped me contact the car. When I returned, I happened to meet her and chatted for a while. I mentioned that I wanted to try a delicious noodle shop. As a result, Miss Jin Xin arranged free noodles on the third floor. I was so happy. Although I only stayed for one night, the room was quiet, clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept very well. The hotel's breakfast is rich in variety and delicious, meeting different tastes. I will choose this hotel without hesitation next time I come here, and I strongly recommend it to everyone!
