Everything was fine, but unfortunately it was downstairs next to a water pump, which was loud all night. I have a hard time sleeping, and it took me until 3am to fall asleep.

It's a small resort in a villa. It's quiet and relaxing. It's easy to get in and out by taking a taxi on the app. There aren't many choices for food. I'm not familiar with the roads and don't understand the language. The store owner is so caring.

Very helpful, kind and smiling staff. In our room, at night, I heard a very strange and disturbing sound. It took us a whole night to understand, also because we couldn't sleep without knowing what it was. We were hypothesizing about some kind of battle or cicada, but luckily a very nice gecko turned up. The property has seen better times. The breakfast is very basic but at that price you can't expect more. The room was clean but you can hear much or better everything from the neighboring rooms. As soon as the sun rises the room lights up accordingly. The curtains are not blackout.

Located just outside the town centre, so away from the main activity but handy for getting in and out (on foot or bicycle or by grab). Clean comfortable room with a plunge (rather than swimming) pool. Great breakfast - Thai or European. Great for the three stop over we had.

Recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and was very happy. Som at the front desk was so pleasant and welcoming at check in and helped us out with our many questions about what to do in Chiang Rai and offered some great tips. The room was great considering the price we paid and had a coffee maker and a fridge that had 2 free bottled waters in it. Room was very clean also. Hot water in the shower!! No complaints. Breakfast was served in an upstairs area with a nice view. Would have liked a few more choices, but what was available was sufficient. The chef in the breakfast room was kind enough to make us his fried rice when it wasn't on the menu that morning. Much appreciated. Getting into the center of Chiang Rai was easy from this hotel. We had rented a motorbike and the 2.4km trip was quick and very easy. Would stay here again on our next trip to Chiang Rai.
