非常乾淨舒適，空間也大，房間很新，床品趕緊，非常滿意。就是衞生間馬桶附近有點淡淡的意味，自己拿水沖了沖，好多了，前台態度也很好，能給5分滿分。

疫情開始的時候住過一次，差不多剛開業，那會兒從環境到服務再到疫情防控各方面做的都挺好的，美中不足就是房屋空間比較小。下面説下這次入住體驗。
優點：
1.原來某單位的辦公樓，位置臨街，而且還有酒店停車場。
2.白玉蘭連鎖品質有一定保障。
3.房屋隔音挺好，晚上休息基本沒有噪音，
4.餐廳早班比較全，其他如酒水、小吃、水果都有專門的保險櫃。
5.期間抱着試一試的心態管前台借了一個啟子，沒想到還真有，點個贊。
缺點
1.可能是因為是老辦公樓改建德原因房間面積特別小，不如恆隆店寬敞。
2.備勤陳舊，很多應有的或者品牌連鎖提供的，都沒有了或者壞了，掛衣服時候發現櫃子裏有個什麼東西也沒注意，晚上休息前洗漱時候發現竟然是備勤架！電視遙控器特別佛系，開關機特別痛快，換台就得坐在床邊對着信號接收器遙控。
3.淋浴室防摔倒的扶手是壞的！而且沒發現防滑墊，這種安全隱患真是挺嚴重的。
4.衞生條件挺一般，不符合這個級別檔次酒店應有的水平，這種水漬污漬有兩三處，我就隨手拍了一下。
5.倒班前台的女孩兒服務意識有待提高，比如有些沒有的不提供的客房服務可以學着換個話術，或者變通一下，這樣會給顧客更好的人文氣息。
6.説實話，應該酒店不算老舊，但剛入住的時候屋子裡有股黴味兒和拖布的臭味兒，開窗放一下能好一些。

每次出差都住這家酒店，乾淨衞生，服務態度也很好，離興安盟人民醫院老院很近，推薦大家入住，周圍吃飯也很方便。
