The hotel room was very comfortable! The front desk was so friendly and helpful. They arranged a driver for me to go to local attractions and the airport. The room service was bountiful and delicious. The gym had all the equipment for a serious lifter!

My time at this Hotel was amazing! The room was warm and cozy. Some small things to regard, but over all it was an amazing time! The workout room was great The staff were the most helpful and always showed hospitality! The location was nearby a lot of restaurants, and cafes, and is also a 15min walk from the train station. It will take around 30 min to get to the city center, but it has a great location otherwise. Spectacular view!

It is a very comfortable hotel with a good parking lot. You can see the whole city from the window

Service staff is good. Rooms are dated. We last stayed here pre-pandemic and the owners did not refurb any of the finishings at all. Rooms facing main road can be very noisy, and watch for flies coming in thru the window if you leave it open. Breakfast buffet is underwhelming, but understandable as there are lots of tour groups.

The hotel is located on a major street, so the breakfast served with Korean food was also satisfactory. Convenient to use as CU and Caffe Bene are also located in the hotel. However, the Wi-Fi connection did not work well2

As soon as I returned to China, I couldn’t wait to share my devilish experience in this hotel with everyone: 1. The hotel is seriously not soundproofed. The door gap is two fingers wide. Every sound in the corridor can be clearly heard. The staff's intercom calls for ward rounds at four o'clock in the morning until six o'clock, making it impossible to fall asleep! ! ! The restaurant on the fifth floor hosts banquets with artistic performances in the evening, and the heavy bass reminds me of the third floor of 678! ! 2. The hotel facilities are extremely old and the rooms are small. Ctrip said that they would not upgrade the room type. There is only a gap between the bed and the window sill. The TV is 20 inches and there is no way to pass it if the suitcase is placed. 3. The bathroom is dark, the toilet flushes poorly, and the hot water for bathing is alternately hot and cold! In short, Qin Shihuang won the lottery by pressing the switch.

I think it is expensive for the price. The breakfast is not good for the price and it is old and the facilities are not good.

The room is very clean, the waiters can communicate in simple English, and there is a Korean restaurant.

The location is good and moderate, the room was clean. It is within walking distance of Ganden Monastery, which is very convenient. Free parking is also provided. This is the third time I have been to this hotel and I will book this hotel again next time.
