The service is excellent. And we really enjoyed staying at this property. They are developing the property and will be as good as they mentioned to us. No one can beat the service as I never seen such a good staffs. Very humble and loyal people.

Lavis bhai was so helpfull person at hotel manager,overall hotel was clean,staff was also kind,restaurants everything was available at one place,sajjangardh fort is very near to the hotel,parking also available,city palace and other sight seeing was around 10 km from the hotel

Rooms are neat and clean. Staff was cooperative and served us well. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Will recommend it to anyone looking for a new property away from the city hustle. It is located near Sajjangarh Fort and was a peaceful property.

Things you will notice when you book a room in this hotel. 1. Toxic varnish fumes which will burn your eyes and will make them watery. 2. Loose hotel key slot(room 210), so the light will go off and on. 3. Frequent power cuts. 4. Small rooms, there is no space to sit. There is just one bed. No chair or anything else. 5. Stinky extra bedding, coz they got it from some random tent wala shop, as I was told. 6. You are not allowed to eat in your room. Thanks to thier "hotel policy". Reason: room mein smell ho jaegi.😄 7. No restaurant for lunch and dinner, only for breakfast. It is a positive thing because thier breakfast is just plain horrible. People were actually eating outside despite paying for it. 8. Lack of staff. The onwer himself is trying to manage everything. He is omnipresent. He is at reception, house keeping, eating area etc. At the time of breakfast, people were fighting with each other because of thier mismanagement. 9.Kanjoosiyat: The toiletries are of low quality. The shampoo was so watery, clearly they have added water in it. 10. Door locks not kid friendly: A kid can easily open the door and venture outside if you are not paying attention, for instance if you are sleeping. They can just easily push door handle and go out. There is no second layer of protection. 11. The utter rudeness of both father and son(owners). If you complain about something they will give you a response which will just burn you from inside. Summary: I think they are new in this hospitality business and try to micromanage everything by themselves. Agar smart honge to jaldi seekh jaenge nahi to yeh hotel band ho jaega.
