Cambay Resort, Udaipur

Initially they gave us rooms without AC After a discussion they shifted us to AC rooms Where on one room AC was not working Tv cable was not there and when called was the engineering guy to check we discovered that the landlines are not working Later from another room we called them It took 30mins to come and they did some repairing work But after keeping the ac on for an hour there was no cooling, called them again and again they did some work but no results after few hours Now the 3rd time a different guy came and sorted the issue Anything we ordered from the room took an hour to come Pool was not clean at all Gaming zone everything is broken and dusty And the heights was at the night We ordered jeera rice dal tadka And after an hour they gave dal fry and orange rice When we asked them to come and check one gentle*** came and after looking at the dish he said sorry for the mist And it will be replaced After 45 mins they brought the food and rhis time the dal was half cooked When raised this to the ***ager Instead of accepting his mistake he started shouting that jeera rice is orange only and we dont know what we are ordering He is asking us to explain him the difference between dal tadka and dal fry and this created a scene In the morning we came down for breakfast and only we got was poha and puro baji And he kept bread butter where the butter got over in 6 breads and when asked for more they went to buy it and never came back While check out We came to know that we have to pay for cutlery as they serve the food in dishes which they brought from outside But finally i will say it was not a bad experience but it was horrible and there service is not poor but pathetic Never going to recommend this property to anyone Worst stay ever

Excellent service, housekeeping team especially ravindra baghel and mohan supervisor were excellent.justa sajjangarh is a 5 star luxury resort and spa set against the scenic backdrop of the sajjangarh biological park.

I had stayed for 2 days in this hotel. Good service by the hotel staff. Food was also good. Nice and friendly Staff. Had interacted with Mr Nilesh at the reception. Had some queries and he was very humble to answer all the queries.

hotel is abandoned don't go there our money totaly waste plz don't go there there is no amneger and no breackfast also the hotel was looking like horor place they havent clean the hotel since 7 month there is only dust and only the guard was there this place is looking like ******* place in day time just think about night they dont have any hot water + breakfast and restorant in hotel this hotel is total waste of money plz shut this hotel down

Worst resort i have seen in my life.staff is very low quality people.no food no service,bed language use by staff.only this resort for bed work.i request all visitors dont vest your money in this cheap hotel cum guests house

We had an enjoyable stay at Cambay Spa & resort Udaipur over the weekend . The ***ager Mr Sant Pratap Ji ensured that all our requirements were promptly met to our satisfaction. The kitchen depar**ent handled by Mr Sheikh served us fresh and delicious food which included parathas of different varieties, poha, sandwiches, etc for breakfast as well as Jeera rice, dal & vegetable with soft rotis for Lunch. We had exclusive access to games like table tennis, pool & carrom in the gaming zone and also to the swimming pool. Mr Cha***, in charge of Housekeeping was always happy to help with the smallest possible requirements. The support staff at the resort was very courteous. Neat & cleans rooms, good food and facilities with ample parking space for guests and visitors makes this an ideal place to spend some time with family & friends

The kitchen depar**ent handled by Mr Sheikh served us fresh and delicious food which included parathas of different varieties, poha & sandwiches for breakfast as well as tasty dal & paneer vegetable with soft rotis for lunch. We played different games like table tennis, pool & carrom in the gaming zone. Early mornings we spent time in the swimming pool which was chlorinated. Housekeeping in charge Mr Cha*** was alert about cleanliness and maintenance of the premises. The support staff at the resort was courteous. The resort makes for an ideal venue for weddings and special celebrations. There is ample parking space for guests and visitors.

I booked below property via AGODA and It was the worst experience ever in my life. There is a list of problems and not at all worth the money. 1. No welcome Drinks 2. Windows are Broken ( Finally they fixed with hammer and Nails and This is not way in 4 start property ) 3. No Minibar in all rooms. We have 3 rooms and no Minibar, after complaining they were given 2 rooms. 4. Bathroom shower is not working properly 5. There is too much bird poo. 6. Housekeeping is Zero 7. The AC Remote is broken. You can not change temperature because there is a high risk of life because of direct contact from the circuit. 8. There are more honeycombs than rooms around the hotel. And please all note that when agoda contact them for this complain, they totally denied it. This is the worst property I had ever seen in my life.
