Très décevant pour un 5 etoiles, l hôtel la maison blanche a perdu son faste d antan.... On arrive sur les étages de chambres sur moquettes non aspirées depuis des mois certainement tellement elles sont sales, on découvre certe une chambre spacieuse ( d'où le critère 5 étoiles) mais qui est vétuste et a besoin de rafraîchissement, la salle de bain est spacieuse mais sans confort et surtout avec des articles de toilettes déjà utilisés.... La literie reste confortable. Le petit déjeuner est un cauchemar....pas digne d un 5 étoiles . Il faut demander pour avoir des viennoiseries, le café il faut racler les fonds de thermos pour en avoir car ils ne rechargent pas, le fromage qui date de on ne sait quand et la charcuterie sèche et déshydratée. Vraiment vivement que les responsables se rendent compte de ce qu est un vrai 5 étoiles et même en Tunisie .... Ouvrez vos yeux!!!

I lived twice for a total of four days. The first time the quilt was already used, the other bird's hair was above, and it was good to go to the front desk to clean up. After an hour, I didn't come up, but I found it again. The waiter didn't come for 2 hours before and after. Finally, he found him to remove all of our sheets, quilts, and pillowcases. I didn't come back. It took only two and a half hours to change the quilt. The result was not changed. The second time we made a suggestion before the check-in, it was really clean, but there was no breakfast but didn't remind us. We had to check out and told us to add 120 yuan for breakfast. The bed is too old 😁😁😁 Its not even comfortable anymore It's like sleeping in the ship 😎 I know it's cheap, but, lucky me only 3 days 😁 But it is clean around old furniture Towels are clean, the shower is good, and there is very strong water,. The reception lady is not friendly, once i asked her for the museum Bardo, she said open, and asked her again, still said open, later i found out, is not open 👹

The hotel is a very friendly and welcome staff, and it is all new. A refined decor and fresh and delicious food J'y will return without hesitation especially that it is in a strategic and quiet location of the capital 👌

Welcoming hotel, favorable position just a few minutes from the airport and central with all the necessary services. Reception service open 24 hours with courteous, helpful and efficient staff, always ready to help. Large bedroom and bathroom totally and modernly renovated with parquet floor and elegantly furnished. The room has a large bed, free wifi connection, television, air conditioning, beautiful view. Good cleaning of the room and environments with change of towels and sheets. Great breakfast.

Location is right in the heart of Tunis, close to all amenities, Professional staff always willing to help. Must also highlight the gentlemen at the door, at one occasion I was coming from across the road with a heavy box it was within seconds that the gentlemen noticed me from far away struggling with the box and came to assist with the box and carried it for me all the way to the room. Front office agents, Food & Beverage service staff, Housekeeping, Laundry all been great. Breakfast was good. Met a couple of occasions with the General Manager of the Hotel and he made it a point to sit with me and ask how my stay was. Could have not asked for more. Service of the hotel and the cleanliness was impeccable The hotel is old and tiered and deserves a renovation along with up gradation of systems such as elevators, AC, WIFI etc these seems to have been a reoccurring issue of certain breakdowns of systems during my 4 days stay, However I must admit that rectification of breakdowns did not take long to be maintained and back in action. The rooms are large with most of them views of the city, The hotel has so much potential taking into consideration the level of service they provide should it be renovated.

Breakfast is included and all at a price that remains more than reasonable. Ideal for its nearness to the places to visit, restaurants and transport. 🤩🇹🇳🤩🇹🇳

The hotel is very new, the equipment is good, the most nice thing is that the hotel staff has no problem in English communication, and the room is automatically upgraded to a suite, giving a big surprise.

In Tunis for one night, our manager reserved us to the diplomat.. and what error!!! This pseudo 4 stars is 15 minutes from Carthage Airport. Vesty decor, smell of cracked walls ...a hotel over time. The rooms are a valid copy of the hall and the rest of the hotel, with a 70's brine where everything is refreshed, used...Even the TV channels were in fashion.. analogical!! The only positive note, the kindness of the staff who prepared a late dinner despite the closure of the rest.
