Also when taking us to the Halong Bay it would had been best to bring us to a swim at the one of the island beach there. Just a suggestion."

"The room I chose had a fantastic view. However, the water in the bath and shower was cold, and during my December stay, the temperature was around 13°C at night, making me shiver. I complained to the crew about the situation, but there was no significant progress. I stayed for two days, but it was awful. Also, on the way back, I left my luggage in front of my room, and the crew loaded it onto the ferry. When I arrived at the waiting area, my luggage was not handed over. Instead, my name was called and I boarded the shuttle bus. However, since my luggage had not been checked, I got off the bus before departure and asked the driver if my luggage had been loaded. I checked and he said it had! So I got on the shuttle bus and arrived at the pick-up location, but my luggage was gone. They confirmed that I had left it at the waiting area, and they somehow managed to have it delivered to our pick-up location, but I was outraged that they even charged me for the shuttle fee for that luggage. If we had been given our luggage at the waiting area and left it behind, it would have been our responsibility, but I was not happy with the way they urged me to board the shuttle bus without any confirmation that it had been handed over, and then blamed us for the missing luggage. The rooms and guides on this cruise are good, but the facilities and luggage are not well managed, and the way they hold passengers responsible for their luggage is terrible. I do not recommend using this cruise. Please be careful."
