It's appalling that this is a five-star hotel. While the building itself may be impressive, the service—the lack of consideration for ensuring guests feel safe and comfortable—made for a very disappointing stay. The details are as follows: 1. The reception staff's attitude was condescending. The explanation regarding the deposit was delivered too quickly and with a Vietnamese accent, making it difficult to understand. When I said I couldn't hear, the staff member looked troubled and prompted my Vietnamese companion to explain in Vietnamese. Even though I was the one who made the reservation and paid the deposit, the hotel staff's attitude, even when the hotel wasn't busy, made me feel like they were annoyed by the explanation and procedures and just wanted to get it over with quickly. 2. A design flaw in the bathroom. The bathroom had a bathtub, but the partition separating it from the sink and toilet area was only a 1-meter wide glass panel; there was no shower curtain. When I showered, water that fell outside the bathtub flowed into the sink and toilet area, flooding the entire bathroom floor. Walking on it was unpleasant, and I had to wipe my feet every time I went to the toilet. Even worse, the wet floor was slippery, and I couldn't help but feel I was in danger of falling. When I went to reception and explained the situation, they said, "Other guests have also pointed this out, but that's just how it is." I was more than disappointed; I was appalled by their response, which seemed to say, "Other guests are putting up with it, so you should too." 3. Restaurant Staff Service The breakfast restaurant was crowded. While that's understandable, the staff didn't guide guests to their seats as smoothly as possible; in fact, some staff members even blocked guests' paths. There was no conversation or eye contact when clearing plates, and the moment I stood up, my half-finished coffee was taken away. I didn't even have the energy to prepare another cup of coffee, and I returned to my room feeling unsatisfied.

The breakfast buffet is delicious! Very close to the sea! The sea view is beautiful! Excellent service! There is a lot of food downstairs!

We liked everything very much! We are happy with everything: service, room, breakfast, service, location. It is very pleasant to be here, the staff is very polite, friendly, speaks English well, helps when needed. We went to the beautiful beach, it is not far, and went to the pool The breakfasts are very tasty, varied. Very good. From our room there was a magnificent view of the bay.
