Ibis Styles Troyes Centre

We stayed at this hotel as part of a road trip around Europe and we were really pleasantly surprised by the quality, the cleanliness and the professionalism of the staff. On arrival we were met by lovely welcoming reception staff, and the reception area is bright, clean and welcoming Our room was light and spacious with a really comfortable large bed and fluffy pillows Breakfast was lovely and there was always a member of staff present to top up the buffet as required. It is a short walk to the centre of Troyes, which is a beautiful little city, Thank you to all the staff and management for a really lovely stay, and we would highly recommend this lovely hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Troyes We enjoyed it so much, we booked another Ibis Styles in Arras for the next part of our journey

Stayed one night. Nice room, lovely and helpful staff - excellent breakfast. Couldn't fault the place, but only 4 'stars' as I didn't like the shower being open onto the bedroom regardless whether you're with someone you know very well!

We love Ibis and especially this Ibis Styles in Troyes. Been staying years overnight on the way to or from South of France, at least 5 years (except when closed for Covid). Always friendly and efficient and very pet friendly (with our 1 dog and 2 cats, €6 each). Our pets always get lots of attention from the lovely reception lady, especially the cats (and other hotel guests!) Not massive amounts of park nearby but enough to keep dog happy before and after loading back into the car. Extensive underground parking €12:50. Lovely rooms, bit of colour, typical Ibis “single-unit” construction, great shower. True, as per other reviews the AC is a nigh**are and it was too hot but it’s rare not to be. You can open the window (except with our over curious cats). Cool neon sinks in the general toilets at reception area. They seem to have a massive fridge in reception as we always leave our entire icebox with them overnight. Breakfast choice overlooking the terrace and small lawn by the river (and the funky bulldog) is amazing. Boil your own eggs, squeeze your own fresh OJ, breads, cheeses, charcuteries, sliced citrus fruit, apple purée, pancakes etc. A shame they stopped doing their delicious tortilla española - please bring it back! Very handy for the Hippopotamus steakhouse chain when you’re late or the centre of town when you have time for a stroll. Troyes and its Medieval and 16th Century half-timbered buildings is a delight. We’ve discovered different parts each visit. We’re yet to visit its outlet shops. We’ll be back.

Great hotel, lovely staff and excellent breakfast. This was our 2nd visit to the Ibis in Troyes. We love the fact that it is so close to the beautiful old town of Troyes yet close too to the motorway. The rooms are stylish and well designed and the beds/pillow are extremely comfortable. The choice at breakfast was truly extensive.

Great hotel. Excellent quality room and breakfast with very friendly and helpful staff. Also hotel has its own car park Good location with a short walk into Troyes city centre. We enjoyed the hotel so much that we stayed again on the way home at the end of the holiday.

Lovely hotel. Friendly helpful staff on reception. Convenient secure parking in underground car park for 12 euros. Really good locally sourced buffet breakfast. Pool table and table football free for the children

Nice hotel near the center of Troyes. 10 min from motorway. Nice large room . Nice terrasse to take breakfest. Everything was ok. We had a room with toilet separted from bathroom. Parking is just opposite of the hotel but no direct access

Stay one night stop over while travelling from Italy to the UK Ideal location in the centre enabling a visit to shops The hotel is very smart the rooms are very modern an well designed the bathroom is very functional the decor is pleasing. The hotel does not have a restaurant but will positioned for restaurants Buffet style breakfast available the staff are helpful and friendly only a short stay but very enjoyable
