Arrived late (10:45pm) after a long day and drive. Front desk attendant was polite, but informed me that we would be getting the last room and that it was an accessible room. Not what we had reserved, but ok. We got to the room and discovered it was 2 queen beds, not the king bedroom that I had reserved weeks ago. Went back and was told that due to the upper floor being renovated and other guests checking in (with or without reservations), we were stuck with the room we were in. Asked to speak to the manager. Told there would be a manager there in the morning. Checked before we left at 6:40 am. A manager would be there at 7am and would call us (we had to leave to make our flight). No one called. We called the hotel late in the afternoon and spoke to a manager. Nothing she could do. Rate was the same for both types of rooms. We also told her that the attached hair dryer in the bathroom had 2 wires connected with wire nuts -- not safe to be around water. Didn't tell her this, but the shower floor felt damaged (had lots of give when stepped on -- covered with a mat). None of the staff was rude, but definitely felt like they didn't care. Wouldn't stay here again.
