Great location, very close to train station and multiple bus stops nearby. Walkable to many touristy spots. Receptionists were very helpful, they also provide luggage storage. The only major downside is no aircon, and the room was much hotter than outside. We tried opening the windows on the first night and got bitten by mosquitoes, which was worse than being hot. The next day we got a fan, but still a bit too hot to sleep. Apart from that, overall it was a good spot

Great hotel located very close to Trieste train station. Amazing lady at reception checked us earlier and made upgrade for as so we enjoyed beautiful suite with sea view Nice breakfast with good choice

Its a clean and neat hotel near the train station. Service by the front desk are wonderful. The staff who are attending to the rooms are also very friendly. Location to town is also near.

We really enjoyed our stay! The reception service was excellent, always friendly and helpful. The location is a major plus, allowing you to do practically everything on foot, with great convenience. The rooms are spotless, comfortable and very well maintained. The cleanliness deserves a 10/10, everything was always organized and in perfect condition. I recommend it without a doubt and would return again!

Overall, it's not bad, but for an NH hotel, there are some issues: we were put in a room for people with disabilities (maybe they don't have any regular rooms left?), there's no drinking water—they told us to drink tap water, there's no coffee machine in the room or at reception, no toothbrushes in the room, and the view from the window is onto the courtyard (photo attached). The breakfast is decent, but worse than at other NH hotels in other locations. So, compared to other NH hotels, this one is worse in every way, more like a budget Ibis. The location is convenient: between the train station and the cruise port.
