Lovely rooms, and friendly staff. It’s more of a serviced apar**ent vibe as they don’t clean rooms unless you request from the night before and they also don’t help you with your luggage to your room. Besides that, the stay was perfect.

I have stayed here a few times now and every time I love it! Always clean, quiet and in a great location downtown Toronto. Highly recommend!!

The room is hygienic and clean. The location is excellent. It is very convenient for traveling and shopping. The largest shopping mall in Toronto is just downstairs.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to Eaton Center and Queen subway station. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was large. Living on the 4th floor, the gym is on this floor. There are occasional noises from the street at night, but overall it's quiet. The front desk was very welcoming. Disadvantages: The hotel does not provide breakfast. Although there are many restaurants nearby, the taste is average.

The location of the hotel is good: only 300 meters from Yonge Dundas square. Across the road, outside the window, is the Massey Hall. The lobby is small. But the decoration of the room is quite interesting. The dark blue wallpaper echoes the a**osphere of the theater outside the house. There is a refrigerator, microwave, and range hood. Cutlery can be borrowed.

There doesn't seem to be any particular advantage other than having a shopping mall nearby! The nearest MRT station is Union, but it's connected to the shopping center, so it takes about 5-10 minutes. It feels more like a residential apar**ent than a hotel, with room service and cleaning unavailable due to the coronavirus. (Free parking is not provided separately) Received newly renovated room, clean and new. From the price point of view, this is a good value for money hotel.

It's very convenient being close to the hospital and restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Would definitely come again.

This is a wonderful, central hotel in DT Toronto. I stay here often, Check is always quick, the rooms are beautiful & my requests are always met. You won’t find a better hotel for the value! Will return as always.
