Great location. Nice staff. Good room. Construction view. Pool closed. Texting for room service is a really nice feature, especially for introverts! I recommend.

Good location, convenient travel

The hotel is located in the center of the city. It is relatively lively. The sanitation environment is acceptable. The facilities are a bit old and the service is friendly. But the price has increased a lot compared to before the epidemic.

The check-in time at the Hyatt was 4:00 pm, which was later than I've been in contact with other hotels. Fortunately, the check-out time is 12:00, which is better than 11:00 in some hotels. The front desk of the hotel took down my mobile number and told me: If the room is ready in advance, I will be called. Unfortunately, no call was received. Check in after 4:00, the front desk calls the room and asks what else you need, such as water, coffee, etc.

The sound insulation is poor, the next door can be heard clearly, the door is very noisy

We would stay there again providing the price point is not too high. We look for the best deal. Toronto is not cheap.

My first trip to Toronto. The Hyatt was beautiful. Centrally located and walking distance from Billy Bishop Airport as well as many of the fun things to do in downtown Toronto. The property was beautiful. The rooms are spacious. The gym was nicely appointed and had everything one would want or need when working out while traveling. I ate at the restaurant twice and enjoyed both of my meals very much. The staff at the Hyatt were very attentive and helpful.

Parking is $40 a night even though you payed and expensive hotel, but everything else was great

The people above us were very loud made it hard to sleep at night. When we contacted front desk they kept transferring us no one helped.
