Outstanding experience! What looked like a typical old town felt more like a Spa resort. We checked in at the Wuzhen area gate, the precess was very quick, after that a bus took us to the hotel. It was an old-looking building with modern commodities. Very warm (even in December) and very clean. Fangdong was very helpful and friendly, he helped with the luggage and made a tasty breakfast in the morning. The next day he helped to arrange our bags to be sent to the check-in area and we were enjoying our time free of worries (and heavy things). Since it was Christmas eve, the area had Christmas decorations and we were gifted with traditional apples. All this small actions added to our fascination of the beauty of Wuzhen. 11 out of 10! I wolf recommend this experience to everybody to enjoy at least once in a lifetime!

The hotel is in a good location, close to the two entrances of Wuzhen Scenic Area, less than 10 minutes' walk, very convenient. The boss is very enthusiastic, the room is clean and hygienic, and it is very quiet. The boss also gave a small gift when checking out, which is very thoughtful. I give a big thumbs up 👍

Good location, just on the beginning of the West side entrance, but need to take a complimentary buggy into the reception lobby. Breakfast at the market was interesting, as you could order the dim sum you like from each stalls and sit anywhere around the water market area.

I had a great experience staying in this room also only 1 night.. The girl at the front desk were nice and friendly and the owner gave me discount 20% when had lunch or dinner. The room was clean, the hotel is facing the street but it's not loud at night. It is so quite. The wifi worked smoothly. You only need to walk for 5 minutes to Wuzhen and XiXia. Perfect place to have a relaxing moment after a big day of walking around Wuzhen, Xixia and DongXia. There are always many restaurants, small shop and coffee or milk tea places around the hotel.

I booked a family room. The room was very large and the hotel was well designed in a modern and simple style. There was insufficient heating and water for bathing in winter. Still very satisfied in other aspects. The boss provided travel suggestions. We first visited Nanxun Ancient Town and then Wuzhen. The one-day itinerary was well arranged. There is a restaurant opened by the owner opposite, which tastes good and is reasonably priced!

The environment of the B&B is very good and the room is very clean. The boss is very amiable and will introduce you to Wuzhen's various customs and customs very carefully. The B&B also has a small courtyard, which is very comfortable to sit at night in this weather. The B&B is also very close to the scenic spot and very convenient. There is also a coffee shop opened by the owner next door and it tastes very good👌🏻. The most important thing to mention is that the room was very clean and comfortable. I booked last minute but I was so so lucky to book this hotel. The staff were all so nice and friendly, even they cannot speak English but they were always willing to help me anytime. The location is super good, just 5 steps to the town. The room is nice, they even get the water purifier machine - which I was so suprised. The smell like tea too. Very cosy and friendly - it's 100% worth for the price. I definitely book again for my next trip

Hotel is quite a decent option outside the wuzhen scenic park ( just 8min walk), room is spacious and but fridge in room is not cold enough and somehow the room aircon was not functioning normal, turn on to cold mode but somehow was in warm mode, while the warm mode was the cold, which made our first night was suffering from sweat in the bed. Shower room has water stain as seen in photo, Factilies are good and have 3 sets washer and dryer available, breakfast place is good but food is normal, don't expect too much though. Front desk and hotline service is normal and couldn't feel much of their passion.
But generally the hotel is a good option for staying in wuzhen if you are looking for chain brand and newer hotel.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is about a 10-minute walk from Xizha Scenic Area. There are breakfast shops and small supermarkets nearby, and there are also many shops for renting ancient costumes. The lobby seating area here is very beautiful and comfortable, and the price/performance ratio is great. I recommend it.
