The hotel is in a good location but the facilities are old and the sound insulation is very poor. When you take a shower upstairs, the noise downstairs is very loud, just like boiling water. The phone in the room is also broken. The most unbearable thing is the waiter. I don't know if he is really stupid or deliberately pretending to be stupid. He actually found some unacceptable reasons for such obvious noise.
