I don’t normally make a review but this is exception. I enjoyed staying jn Aihotel although I only stayed for a night but the hotel is beyond my expectations. The location is perfect fee minutes walk from the train stations , shops and restaurants. Hotel staff are very helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay again with my children next time. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was so cool with the free drinks offered at the lobby. Check in was smooth and staff spoke English ! The beds were clean & located conveniently near Haneda Aiport which I loved. Overall, I would rate this place 9/10 and definitely recommend to solo travellers / couples

Perfect location, only few mins walk from train stations and get to HND airport or Yokohama in 30 mins. Convenient store, shops and restaurants are near by. Coin laundry in lobby and microwave oven inside the room. Room size is not big but fair enough for one person. Staff are friendly and helpful. Requested not to have house keeping during my stay so no comment on cleanliness but overall a very recommended hotel.

I used this hotel in order to fly to Haneda the next morning. 24-hour unlimited coffee, tea, and sports drinks. Breakfast included a delicious buffet made by the lady. A kind driver provided a shuttle bus to Haneda. Not only shampoo and body soap, but also toothbrushes, lotion, cosmetic cream, facial cleanser, shaving cream, razors, combs... everything was available. It's right next to JR Kamata, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Nothing to complain about. I'll use it again next time.

Fantastic location in Kamata. Just a brief ＜5 mins walk from Kamata station, its a straightforward route so even if you're a tourist you won't get lost. There is a book-off nearby with multiple convenience stores (7-eleven, Lawsons, Family mart), and plenty of restaurants around the hotel nearby that open late till the night. For a 2-star hotel, I wasn't expecting much, but the hotel looked very new and very clean, even in the bathroom (photo attached). Walls were impeccable. They cleaned the room and replaced the sheets everyday, even replacing the bedroom slippers daily. Facilities were great, the room was small but has everything you need. You have a kettle, coffee and tea, a small fridge, bathroom with a small bathtub, bidet, a small tv (tho Jap programs only), a desk with a stool etc. The hotel even has a vending machine and a small laundromat on the 2nd floor you can wash and dry your clothes (200 yen per use for washing/using the dryer). Toothpaste and toothbrush, hairbrush, shaver are all provided. Only downside is you don't have cupboard space (just 3 hangers), but no problem if you are willing to make do and leave your stuff in your luggage bag). Breakfast is simple and complete. You get typically butter rolls, croissants, 2 other types of buns, hard-boiled eggs, curry with rice, cereal with milk (granola), salad, a few types of soups from the machine, and a few types of juices from the machine as well. And of course coffee and tea. Worth it if you just want a simple breakfast. Breakfast hours are a bit limited tho between 6.30am to 9.30am only. Only downside about staying in this hotel was in relation to communication. Although its a hotel, the staff don't speak English at all, so we had to use Google translate to communicate for things like checking-in and checking-out, and they seemed unwilling to help when we needed to book an early morning cab to the airport. Other than that, this hotel is great value for money and I would certainly stay in there again.

Clean small rooms that's common for Japan. At time of staying free drinks and rice/ noodle with some curri souse 24 hour.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and well organized. The front desk staff is friendly and well trained. The only problem is its location a bit far while you walk from Kamata Station to the hotel.

Bed was super comfy!! Was one of the cheaper hotels, especially in Tokyo but it was super comfy! I brought the wrong plug for Japan to charge my phone but it has a USB charging port which I'm so thankful for! Shampoo, conditioner, body wash was available for me, towels and even sandals!!
