The location is excellent, and it is very convenient to go to Shibuya and the subway station. The room is clean and the public area is also very tidy. There are many delicious foods nearby. It is very convenient to stay in this kind of youth hostel when traveling alone in Tokyo

It is a whole building, with several rooms on one floor. Each room has 6 beds. There is also a sink in the room, which is convenient for brushing teeth and drying hair. The bathroom is very clean.
It happened to be around Halloween when I went, and it was very busy when I checked in. The front desk gave you a room card and towels. They didn't give you a toothbrush, and I didn't ask. Students who don't have one are better to bring their own.
There's a slight smell, and the room happens to have a window that can be opened. It's okay for one night's stay.

Friendly staff on arrival, good bar, comfortable beds, clean, kitchen and facilities on the same floor, far away from Shibuya station but frequent local buses run and it takes about 5 minutes. Quite dorms, would stay here again. Would be good if they sell food, but not need as there are supermarkets nearby

Wow the best hostel in tokyo by far!! The lodging is nice comfortable and well facilitate. But the amazing thing is the staff and the manager, both so kind and friendly, We had great crazy nights with them. For people who look for other people to hang out with and injoy tokyo night life (very close to shibuya!!)

The place is the cleanest, the showers to the room we shared with 10 others, the staff (young) so very, very polite and friendly, I really ommend this place to anyone who's travelling to Tokyo, there are vending machines, a mini market few doors down and a 5min walk to the Tower and shopping complex a must, it was great for us from New Zealand to experience something outside our comfort zone...Wise Owl staff you guys are one in a million, thank you for looking after us💖💖💖

My friends and I had a great stay at the wise owl hostel. Not the first, we booked a private room, it was just what you expected, not too far walking to Shibuya or ikejiri station, staff were friendly and helpful. Would book it again in the future.
