Excellent experience in over all

As an old hotel, the New Otani has impeccable service, rooms, location, and dining. I am very satisfied with it and will still be my first choice when I come to Tokyo in the future. I highly recommend the breakfast satuki. I also booked lunch at Sekishin-tei in advance. The taste and view are also amazing! I was in a hurry this time, so I didn't experience the sky bar on the top floor. There is also afternoon tea. I will experience it next time. The only thing that needs to be improved is the smell in the room. I guess the previous guests may be Europeans, Americans or Indians. The curry smell is always there. The hotel is a little lacking in deodorizing this room. The flaws do not outweigh the merits. Overall, I am quite satisfied.

The breakfast was delicious. The garden in the hotel was beautiful. I personally felt that the access was poor, so I always used taxis. The hotel was spacious and there was even a pharmacy, which was helpful. There were a lot of foreigners.

They have four choices. In addition to bathrobes and traditional Japanese yukatas, they also provide two sets of pure cotton pajamas, which are very comfortable to wear when sleeping. The supplies are from an organic brand and are provided in sufficient quantities. There are two complete sets, which are replenished every day. They also provide two sets of skin care samples, including makeup remover, facial cleanser and lotion. The public area of ​​the hotel is very beautiful and grand, with a bit of an old money feel.
