The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo

Akasaka/Robbongi/Azabu Tokyo|0.66km from Dokyoji
The service attitude is very good, but there are only 2-3 people checking in and checking out, which is not enough. There will be a lot of queues. Although there will be helpful receptionists to ask for reservation information in advance, it will still take a long time. The advantage of the lobby is that it is on a high floor. The privacy is good. There is a dedicated elevator to get to the guest room, but the disadvantage is that you need to go to the elevator every time you go out/come back. Compared with the accommodation experience eleven years ago, the facilities feel obviously outdated. Breakfast is not a buffet but an a la carte menu. I don’t know how often it changes, but it is the same for two consecutive days. Although there are many ways to prepare eggs, the appetizers, salads and fruits are the same. It may be a bit boring if you eat it for two more days. Freshly baked bread will be served. Come here and let me choose, but they are all shortening and French tart, which are quite greasy. Several kinds of homemade yogurt are good. The puddings are all sweet. When I ordered on the first day, I ordered pancake as the main dish, which was relatively normal. The waffle that came with the second day was also shortened. The chocolate after housekeeping is delicious. There are two kinds of dark chocolate and milk chocolate. The hotel’s chocolate lobby restaurant also sells it. It's not too far away from Roppongi Tower. It's about 1.00km or 10.20 minutes walk. You can see the night view of Tokyo Tower from a distance.

This time, I chose to suppress it within 8000 yen in Akasaka, but it is certainly cheap in Akasaka's market price as a new open price. (even if the fee is high via the agency recently, the HP and the agency (especially Rakuten) in the group here rise and fall every day. If it is about 100 yen, it can be patient, but when it is terrible, it is 1000 in one day The yen will also rise and fall It is a pity that ”the cancellation fee of 30 % from 5 days ago” in the accommodation agreement of this hotel cannot cope with the sudden change of schedule (we may also be shifted for 2 days a day). I think it's more sightseeing than business. After that, if there is a loss of the door key (card type), the content of 9000 yen is passed, and the mood is destroyed, and it is not inserted into the door and the electricity is not put on (there is a meaning, charging, The temperature of the refrigerator can be maintained, but it fell in case I thought it was possible. (If I am Kanto, I can suppress the cards that can be used in the Kanto area, but because it is Kansai, the cards that can be used in Kanto and Kansai are different, so electronic money I stayed at the time of less than 1 month open, but the microwave oven equipped with ”one month dust” is good because TV is black. I could use it. It is a location, but the narrow corridor from the elevator to the room (the place where the shoulder hits if it doesn't give up if it meets) is more careful to stay.

There are several Lawson and family in the road about 8 from Akasaka, but the store is small. There are seven eleven houses, but there are many goods here, and one of the fruits and vegetables (one pack of mini tomatoes or one banana) is placed, so I'm a little grateful for the business trip group that continues to eat out Maybe. The hotel facilities are quite old. The bathroom has a moldy smell and the wallpaper is quite good. The linen is clean, but the amenities are only razor and toothbrush, and there is no cotton swab or brush. There is no hand & face soap, so women should be careful. The bathroom ventilation fan did not function and opened the window. The air conditioner can only choose strength and weakness and cannot set the temperature. It is mysterious, but it is only one night during the night, but as soon as I came back at night and opened the door, the cigarette smell was full, and it was erased by the ressh, but when I was sleeping in the middle of the night, the smell of the cigarette came in I thought that the ventilation duct was connected somewhere in the room and somewhere. The wall is like an apartment, and the next room is a person who coughs all night, and the Chinese person who screams from 5 in the morning, so it is impossible to sleep. Breakfast buffet is a Chinese restaurant in the building, so only four seat tables. It is better to go early because it is the same as the problem of the next room mentioned above, and it takes breakfast in the strange atmosphere depending on the guest. The type is minimal. Croissant is delicious. There is no toaster. The fruit is only grapefruit and there is no oshibori, so you can only wipe your hands with a paper napkin. There is a paper cup for bringing back coffee to the room.

I can't spend it comfortably because the facilities are new. I didn't care about cleaning and water discharge. The air cleaner was also in each room and was saved at this time. The desk is also large, the outlet is also 2 on the desk, 1 on the bed. Recently, there are some hotels with chargers, but there are no chargers or USB outlets, so I think it's better to have them if necessary. The room feels like where to spread the suitcase, but there was more space between the bed and the desk than I thought, and there was no problem using it alone. This room seems to be able to stay up to 2 people, but if it is not so big, I don't think the bed feels so tight even for 2 people. There is instant coffee and tea. There is no water. If you stay, you will have free breakfast (6:30~). Muffin, croissant, soup (5 kinds: bean soup, corn soup, consomme, miso soup, etc.), cabbage, mini cutlet, scrambled egg, yogurt, coffee, etc. I don't have to think about breakfast, so I think it's good for 1 days and 2 days. You may get tired of going on 3 days. But it's free. As for the location, I saw it from the exit as soon as I left Akasaka Station 5b exit. It is close. There were supermarkets, convenience stores, stabas, pharmacies, etc., and there were restaurants in the building near TBS, and there were celery and lunch boxes in the basement of the building of ***. Mac, dotol, etc. are also nearby and convenient. Akasaka Mitsuki Station is a little walk compared to Akasaka Station. There were many Chiyoda lines using Akasaka station, so it was the main station of Akasaka station, and it was about to use Akasaka Mitsuki station by route, so there was no problem.

Go up a steep slope from Akasaka Station. At 17:00, the sound of the bells of the temple in the neighborhood rings. It is a hotel for completely inbound, and the foreign language version of the tourist pamphlet stands out. There is no bathtub. Wi-fi is acceptable (it gets a little heavy at night). There is a telework plan and the chairs are solid. I got a 1,000 yen OFF coupon from the delivery service menu. Coffee at the front desk is always available. CNN is shown on TV. Perhaps it wasn't working very well, the details of the room were covered with dust. There is no shortage of amenities.

The room is small but very clean, with a large bed, a tatami mat, a corridor, and not much else. In addition to the bed, there is a tatami where you can sit. There are bedding in the indoor cabinet, and it's no problem for two more people to sleep on the tatami. Suitable for small family travel. There is no view from the windows, and the location is very good. It is very convenient to go out for a light meal and take the subway.

We stayed 7 nights here and there's nothing to be picky about . I was at first skeptical about this hotel as the reviews are either very good or very bad. But I realised that it probably depends on the room type. I highly recommend the deluxe room. It is spacious room and comfortable for 2. Not the regular Japanese Hotel that is small and cramp. The bathroom and toilet is also separated which is a plus point for me. Self check-in is a breeze. Amenities are fully-equipped. Do note that you'll have to collect your complimentary water bottle yourself at the lobby everyday. Coffee sachets, comb, razors are self help at the lobby as well. You can take as many as you want🤭 the rest of the amenities will be replenished by housekeeping everyday. The only ”downside” for this accoms is the location. It's about 7-10mins walk from Akasaka Station exit 6. We got used to the distance after 2nd day so it was fine. There are also many eateries and a 7/11 just below the hotel. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Tokyo.

I thought it was a very nice hotel, such as the kind response of the staff and the attentive housekeeping, and it was perfect for long stay. I think the amenities that can be selected are very happy for women. I was worried that the sound of water droplets sometimes sounded from around the toilet at night, but it seems to be okay now. (Maybe by chance) I like the classical atmosphere, so I calm down. I stay at several work pattern hotels, but Akasaka is a great cospa, regardless of the location that is not inconvenient at all, such as eating and drinking. I would like to use it in the future. I don't think it's a Viking because it's a type that doesn't eat so much in the morning, and the breakfast at 1F Kamishima cherry blossom shop is also good.
