Very bad and very dirty and smelly. I am from overseas, cannot stay more than 4hours. I have to check out after check in at 4am and check out at 8am. Please consider your cleanliness and services.

It was very nice and hazalfree because of the continuous follow up of the hotal staff regarding my arrival..which is very very mandatory for every traveller. Also I got reception even at 0300 AM by the staff on duty.
Facilities in the means is good for what we paying.
I told that staff to provide mosquito nets in windows for Non AC rooms.
Restroom cleanliness and equipment are fantastic.
A pleasant stay .

It’s okay. Decent enough! just make sure you choose the ac room when you make a booking, as they also have a non ac.

Best hotel for couples Star City. We stayed one day in srirangam island and one day in tiruchirappalli city near chathiram busstand to visit rockfort temple. We can go by walk to bazar and all shopping areas as well good restaurants. Staff are very polite and answerable

I stayed with my friend for only one day. They allowed me to check in early but the facilities in room was below par. The bottle in the room was open and the bathroom was not cleqned properly. We found a very disturbing item in the bathroom which was left unnoticed by the cleaners. We requested for an iron box and an adaptor for our iphone, they never provided, we waited for more than an hour and had to leave.

Star city hotel is best suitable for couples in trichy. Staff are very polite and very helpful. Eventhough they don't have restaurant they will help you to get your food through zomato and swiggy. They will arrange tea and coffee in time. Location is the plus of star city

Best option in affordable price. Staying for few nights in less prices at Tiruchirappalli. Rooms are recently renovated and painted in english color. Bathrooms are little tired. But cleanly maintained. Staff are good and polite manner.
