Currently staying at Le Diamond Rock and what a beautiful hotel this is with impeccable service. The hotel is situated right on the slopes so you can take advantage of doorstep skiing. Rooms are immaculate as you would expect for a 5* hotel, clean, toiletries, tea, coffee etc. Robes and slippers provided. I was staying in room 403 which has lovely view of the mountains. Also available is a gym (fairly limited but you can get by) although after a full day's skiing you have to be super motivated. There is also a pool and outside jacuzzi. The best thing about this place is the staff. All very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Jade who was super helpful and friendly on check in and even sorted my lift pass out for me. Sometimes expectations are too high when staying in a 5 * hotel and mine were very high but this place has exceeded my expectations and I can highly recommend :-)

Nice hotel and best service staff at bar and restaurant very nice and the man who help us at ski room was very nice they help us to prepare ski and wear boots every morning very impressive for the service and the price is suitable (not expensive) for 5 star hotel if compare with 5 star hotel in Valdeisere i’ll go back here for sure next year 🩵

Le Diamond Rock is well-located close to the Tignes de Lac base area, with access to the ticket office, lifts, shops and restaurants. It is also located on a piste so it is ski-in/ski-out. The ski room personnel are very helpful and equipment rentals are easy. The service throughout the hotel is excellent. The rooms are attractive and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very good and quite extensive. The Savoy restaurant was very good - the raclette was perfect. They provide a free shuttle within the Tignes 2100 area.

Definitely not a 5 star stay. >Emailed before to request a quiet located room. Initially placed in a room next to lift overlooking the road (nice recycling bins) >Was moved on request to another room - this time next to staff lift!!! Were kept awake with staff moving stuff around up and down their own stairwell. >suspected they were smoking too as could smell smoke around the locked staff door >Evening turn down a bit of a joke - 2 x chocolates tossed onto our bed!!! looked like they had opened the door and thrown in >girls who visited for turn down smelt strongly of smoke > Bathroom bizarre design - bath sloped at ends so almost impossible to get head under shower >show door on bath fitted right next to the sink so you could not access taps etc very easily without banging the door >sink leaked onto our towels >wardrobes OMG - something out of DIY sos - wonky shelves, gaps at back of shelves so you lost your stuff, shelves chipped!!! >Bar - tried to get me to sign for a 98 euro drinks bill - fortunately I noticed!!! there were only 2 of us!!! >check out at end - CHECK YOUR BILL VERY CLOSELY AND ASK THEM TO RUN THROUGH IT. We were billed for almost 200 Euros but on investigating the bill with them it was reduced to 77 euros . payments for other drinks added to our bill!!!!!! BEWARE >Individual staff seemed nice but very young and inexperienced. Boot room staff were lovely and helpful - thank god - but not enough of them for the mornings >I have stayed at le cou cou - meribel and le diamond rock could do well to go and visit their boot room set up and learn some lessons. The book room in diamond rock was tiny - only one sofa and rest of seating was in a corridor outside. >spa/ pool - was nice but ordered a drink where we were charged 10 euros to deliver to us. we were in the hot tub at the time and they left the coffees on a table back in the pool room and did not tell us they were there - so it was cold when we got back !!!!! ADVICE - SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE

A fantastic hotel , very well located in the centre of the village but also ski in/ski out. The customer service was excellent, with very friendly and helpful staff. A special mention to Johan in the Ski room, in all my years of skiing I have never met anyone more knowledgable and attentive. My daughter got to try different skis to see which were the best for her and the conditions , he even showed me how to take my boots on and off properly, it's only taken me 20 years!! Thanks Johan!

The hotel was an amazing 5 star resort.. stayed here for 4 nights great service from all members of staff they went above and beyond in all aspects. The ski to door service and the members of staff on that department offer great support and help with all skiing needs. Beautiful spa! Loved the outside jacuzzi.. breakfast was really good! Jojo who works at the hotel made my birthday trip! Honestly the best hostess! She went above and beyond and helped us with places to eat and party and to ski! Would 100% return to this hotel on our next ski holiday! Location, service, facilities, support, bar were faultless.. you can’t ask for anything more.. even to leaving us little treats in our room when we returned in the evening!

Overall a very dissapointing experience. We have always skied with Club Med and as the kids are now a little older, thought this would be a treat in a smaller boutique 5 star hotel. Everything looks great, but the looks are very deceiving. The service in La Cime restuarant is truly awful. Everything is painfully slow, from getting a menu, to getting a starter 1 hour later. We were half board and the menu didn't change all week and was too off piste - not enough staples and trying too hard to be overly fancy. There were also lots of semi supervised children screaming every night in the restaurant, ruining the experience, with the staff doing nothing about it. In terms of the room, we had a 'luxury suite' which was anything but. The 2 bathrooms had no toilets. Instead we had one separate toilet to share for all 4 of us. There was also only 1 shower and one pointless bath. This was meant to be a suite for 4 people, not a honeymoon suite, so we all had to queue up one at a time each day for the 1 shower. The standards of cleaning were also very poor and I have had better in 3 star hotels. Outside of the half board, everything costs an absolute fortune, including tea/coffee and soft drinks post skiing (think €30 euros for 4 soft drinks) and the cheapest glasss of wine is close to €20 euros. The 'luxury suite' as living space also had a long thin corridor, rather than a useful sociable area to sit around in. If you are a family of 4 with teenage kids, DON'T book the suite and instead take 2 rooms. Or better still go somewhere else. We spent over €10,000 for 6 very dissapointing nights and this was the worst skiing holiday we have had.

One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in! We have just spent a week here. The hotel facilities are amazing, the spa/pool area are brilliant for a little relaxation after skiing. We also had a couples massage one day which was brilliant although slightly expensive. The boot room staff are so incredibly helpful, putting your ski’s outside ready for you when you head down and also assisting with boots etc. The food is great and Jojo at Breakfast is such a helpful person giving us tips each day of where to head and even booking restaurants for us, plus showing us around the Folie Douche - thank you so much you made our holiday insane! The bar has amazing cocktails again with great staff who are clued up about mixology, although slightly expensive again compared to elsewhere in resort. The bedrooms are luxurious and overall this hotel just won my heart! I absolutely will go back. Thanks for a great stay!
