累了一天，晚上回到酒店，沒有紙巾，也有放水，新換的毛巾兩條都是臟的，前天浴室也什麼都沒放，打了兩次電話，用了三個小時才送來沐浴用品，連續住了一週卻不如衹住一兩天的服務，停車很方便才一直選擇這家酒店

家中有事，跟先生去住了兩天酒店，選來選去，選了麗楓華苑店，樓下就是胡桃裏，時間有限沒能去放鬆一下，但入住的當晚好像遇到樂嘉從胡桃裏出來，不知是商演還是娛樂去了。贊一下前台小哥哥，帥帥的，人也很好，從線下訂不如網上便宜就推薦我們網上，還免費給升級了房型，“能便宜一點算一點”，人美心善，贊贊贊。總的來説，設施很新、智能化家居也不錯，冷熱水也切換自如，洗髮水很不錯，哎，如果客服小姐姐能看到我的評論，能不能告訴我哪裡可以買到你們麗楓的洗髮水？

酒店環境還可以，就是衞生有點差，毛巾，床單都有毛髮，床品有污漬，停暖了，屋裡空調不太管用，屋子很涼，跟前台説加一床被子，結果給拿的是起線球的被子。被罩都沒給套，別説蓋了，看見都覺得渾身難受，另外房間窗子幾乎就是個擺設。（前台説是靠走廊的窗子）結果衹能打開一點點，然後緊貼窗子外的是一堵牆，根本不是走廊，窗子和牆之間大概衹有10公分的距離，跟個假窗子沒區別，屋裡沒辦法開窗通氣，房間又小，住的很難受，希望酒店可以好好改善提升一下，住過很多酒店，這家入住體驗真的很不舒服。（窗子忘了拍照，望預訂的朋友一定要謹慎，性價比不高，不推薦）

這性價比絕了 前台服務熱情 房間比我想象中要大的多 我個蟎蟲過敏的人睡了沒事 説明床品也很乾凈 周邊去哪打車都20出頭 方便 如果親子游去極地海洋打車220 這個沒辦法的 畢竟它在邊邊 天津朋友推薦的酒店
