地理位置優越，到市中心和商業區都很方便，前台小姐姐很耐心的幫忙查詢路線，到南開大學步行5分鐘就到啦早餐也很豐富，服務員態度很好，主動熱情，而且價格合理，更值得一提的是帶孩子出行，前台辦理入住時主動給我們調整舒適的房型，並且提供了小童拖鞋和牙具，真的很貼心，推薦 下次還來

去天開高教科創園辦事發現的一家寶藏酒店，真的很方便，走路幾分鐘就到了，房間裏面乾淨整潔，住的挺舒服。酒店的工作人員都很熱情，很耐心的給我指路，下次出差還會住在這裏

週末與朋友出遊，預訂的這家酒店，前台服務人員給免費升級了房間，開心！酒店離南開大學很近，還趕上了科創園開園。酒店服務熱情周到，房間衞生乾淨。早餐也不錯，有天津特色的煎餅果子。離店有小禮物贈送，下次還會入住。

非常滿意這次的入住，同樣作為酒店從業人員入住感到很開心。FO的諸先生和他的同事們服務的細緻入微，HouseKeeping服務打掃的也很及時，剛入住時做房時間也很準時，在之後到天津時還可以預訂滙高花園酒店。
以下是一些小問題：1.剛剛辦check in，進入到屋裡發現床的兩側沒有充電插口，第一天時將電子產品放在廁所吹風機處插口充電，直到第二天挪動牀頭櫃時發現插口在櫃子後面，建議能夠將插口設定在比較顯眼的地方。2.客人在等待房間清理時坐在前廳對面沙發上，但是茶歇食品擺在前台旁邊，可以嘗試將茶歇台移動至沙發旁邊，客人好方便拿取。
總之很滿意這次的入住體驗，多謝附贈的小禮品，希望有機會還能入住滙高～

開始訂的是商務大床，後來換成高級大床房，在五一這個火爆的節假日這個價格我是可以接受的，這個酒店也可以接待外國人，整體設施雖然老一些，但是服務特別好，我們住的房型還挺大的，洗手間兩個洗手枱，位置也方便，退房當天五一假期酒店還送了禮物，下次去天津還會選擇這家

很少會給酒店差評，但這一次，着實不好給好評…
來天津考一場至關重要的試，通過攜程與酒店方協商好的升級成帶窗户的房間，結果辦理入住時候並沒有兑現；
不僅如此，房間隔音效果差到一定境界，隔壁房間兩位毫無底線的女性從晚上九點打電話一直打到快十一點，其笑聲尖鋭刺耳瘮人，讓人根本無法集中精力複習，跟前台反覆溝通過後，終於前台給這兩位大姐打了電話，可笑的是，她們房間的電話聲我都聽的一清二楚。
更有甚者，當我索要礦泉水的時候被告知，每個房間每天衹有兩瓶免費，再要就得三元一瓶，且不能透支第二天的額度… 店家真的是會做生意呀… 就不怕丟了口碑嗎？

離南開大學很近的一家四星級酒店。優點是環境很安靜，出門就是核酸檢測點，特別方便。前台和打掃衞生的阿姨態度都很好，入住的第一天還把早餐送進房間。缺點就是設施有些陳舊，房間太小了。實話實説對不起四星級酒店的標準。此外，剛剛看訂單發現也沒有享受到攜程鉑金會員的免費升級房型和歡迎水果的優待政策，不知道是哪裡出了問題。

酒店非常棒！位置極為優越，緊鄰南開大學，周邊配套發達，繁華而不喧囂，交通也很便利（地鐵、公交齊全，打車開車也方便）。入住酒店7層，帶浴缸，有一個視野開闊的超大窗，可以俯瞰周邊。室內整潔安靜，入住體驗很好。酒店附屬的餐廳主打粵菜，有一個美極掌中寶很好吃！確實是一家性價比和舒適度都很高的高檔酒店。另外，前台有一位姓褚的經理，服務很貼心，手動點贊！
