A wonderful hotel with helpful receptionists, good amenities and service . Quite distant from the city's popular tourist attractiow , though. Othen than that, highly recommended. I truly enjoyed my stay.

It is a nice place for business trip. Facilities are new and tidy. But, noises are coming from next door. Still, overall economic room price and breakfast service is reasonable to visit again.

Good very new hotel. Perfect located. Rooms are clean, bed comfortable.
Only not so good thing is the breakfast, for foreigners not really qualified.
However, I come back at my next stay in Binhai

設施：真的蠻不錯的，至少不是之前在雷州住的同品牌那樣洗手間門都有問題。酒店也基本沒有新裝修的味道。床和枕頭很舒服。淋浴的蓮蓬頭與花灑特別舒適！
衞生：蠻不錯的。
環境：禁煙做的不好，一層大廳和公共洗手間沒有張貼法定必須有的禁煙標識。
酒店休閑空間現磨咖啡: 沒有告知沒有體驗到。
早餐：這個非常好，特別是它家的特色——麗怡三明治，把單面煎蛋和菓子夾進去一起吃簡直絕了！現煮的麪比較難吃，建議改成現做天津煎餅更有地方特色。
洗衣房：兩台智能洗衣機好評。
停車：停車位還算充足。

位置很好，停車方便，空調不好用，還好不太冷，房間乾淨，洗澡出水很好，房間太小了，睡的很悶。早餐種類不多。

很不滿意！不推薦！
1.設施太簡單，沒有小冰箱，衣架也不知那個天才設計的，浴室沒有置物架，眼鏡沒地方放。
2.隔音那叫一個精彩，樓上聊天都聽得見，你開酒店還是開飯店？
3.早餐不方便。定的房間沒有早餐，我問前台是否能辦個餐卡解決我們幾人三天吃早飯問題，告知我辦一個69元的卡，下午換了個***，女的經理，説這個卡就包括4張早餐券了，出爾反爾。告訴我可以走400米有個市場有早餐，可是天津這邊早上七點都沒有什麼開門的店面。
我不滿意住了一晚我就搬到二大街亞朵去了，臨時定的房間無窗，入住的時候幫我免費升級了，早餐比這裏的好很多。
麗怡給了我一次非常不愉快的感受，一樓那個*******，她真讓人討厭！
