HC Hotel (Sports Center Linhexi Metro Station)

Is good hotel clean But room is very small and no lobby this is bad

New room, for those who travel along and will not want to have a too big room. This is a great choice for you to stay, location is good. Convenient store and restaurant all are around the hotel. I was carried a big luggage so it almost block the half of the entrance of room. Free breakfast, i am sure i will come back to stay again. Front desk staff is really helpful bring me to the room and suggest me to go where to have the best “Yum Cha” by walking distance. Nothing to compain.

I like the hotel, it's on prefect location from the airport and the city center. The rooms are clean and renovated. The service is also helpful and welcoming.

This is the second time I have stayed in this great hotel. I came to the hotel directly from the airport. I was greeted by friendly staff at the reception who offered me some red tea on arrival on behalf of the hotel's owner. The breakfast options were of good value and tasty. I will definitely stay at this hotel for a third time the next time I come to Guangzhou. I recently had the pleasure of staying at HC Hotel, and it was an experience that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the front desk staff, who made the check-in process seamless and efficient. Accommodation: The room was immaculate, spacious, and tastefully decorated with modern amenities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, such as the welcome note and complimentary fruit basket, which made me feel truly valued as a guest. Facilities: The hotel’s facilities are second to none. The fitness center is well-equipped with state-of-the-art machines, and the rooftop pool offers stunning panoramic views of the city. The spa services were a highlight of my stay, providing a perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation. Dining: Dining at HC Hotel was a culinary delight. The hotel’s main restaurant offers a diverse menu with exquisite dishes prepared by top-notch chefs. I was particularly impressed by the breakfast buffet, which featured a wide array of fresh and delicious options to suit all tastes. Service: What truly sets HC Hotel apart is its exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was courteous, attentive, and eager to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Book 2 different rooms (double bed and 2 separate bed). The room for double bed is indeed small. The room is all operated by AI (Xiaodu). Just 1 call, it will help you to switch off all lights, curtains and TV. The hotel is conveniently located at Linhexi metro station (Line 3) Exit A. Close proximity to all restaurants and shopping malls. Will definitely book this hotel again when coming back to Guangzhou.

We booked an additional night in their smallest (cheapest) room with no window since we needed to stay an extra night. The first room allocated had a musty smell in it so after requesting a change it was granted. I was pleasantly surprised that despite the room being about half the size of the previous 2 person room it was sufficient. It still had the full bathroom and bed just very little walking space. However, this was all we needed and we were very happy with that. Again location is the standout positive for this hotel.
