Its a simple and nice property. Well maintained. Limited parking. Feel good stay for the budget they charge.

I booked 3 bed room but got a 2 bed room with no space even for an additional mattress on floor as the room is so "compact! there is no lift. Parking is on public road not in hotel premises! bath room bucket has a plastic ***** stuck at the bottom to stop leaking. Night you can hear door banging sounds outside. Most unhygienic hotel. The hotel doesn't bother fir all these as they get customers as it is listed in makemytrip. Com but you should be worried about your reputation and credibility at least.

I am Regular Guest Hindustan Recidency hotel in thane. the Food Quality Excellent And I am Sure All Staff Good Team Work Special Thanks Mr Sonu And Arif Wonderful Take Care Me .Last 2 days Stay All Staff Very Courtesy And Very Polite. Thank You So Much All And Next Definitely I am Vist .

Property was not clean. Reception area was not sweeped. No covered parking available. Room was clean but some weird smell was coming and it was very strong.

The room has a smell, hygiene issues, phone not working, bedsheet not properly washed, no breakfast on time, wall mount clock not working, bathroom not cleaning etc.

Rooms are not hygienic, washrooms are not up to the mark. Proper towels and lenin are also not provided.

Very rude staff and pathetic customer service experience. Lights in room were not workout. Didn’t provide toiletries
