Visto da fuori, l’hotel non si presenta benissimo … poi, quando si entra, ci si accorge fin da subito che l’ambiente è accogliente, pulito e ordinato! Soddisfatto anche della camera!

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per un viaggio lavorativo, posizione ottima vicino all'uscita della superstrada. Dista circa 5 min dalla stazione e dal centro città. Stanze con luce e ben pulite. Eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo. Colazione ottima e abbondante!

Hotel situato in ottima posizione vicino all'uscita della super strada. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Bagno con finestra. L'hotel mette a disposizione anche un BUONISSIMO ristorante con piatti tipici. Colazione molto buona e varia ed abbondante.

Trattamento non consono alle aspettative (nonostante già clienti). Prezzi modificati il giorno prima dell’arrivo in struttura (per una incomprensione che si sarebbe potuta sistemare con una semplice telefonata da parte del dipendente). La struttura è un po’ vecchia infatti nella reception a terra era sempre bagnato in quanto ci sono crepe nel soffitto.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell hotel(se si può definire cosi) una sola notte fortunatamente, il bagno della camera era davvero indecente, sporco, vecchio e malridotto. la rubinetteria piena di calcare e sporcizia, inguardabile, provo ribrezzo solo a pensare alla tazza, la cabina doccia piena di miffa assurdo. Dopo averlo fatto presente al personale l unica risposta che ci hanno dato è mi dispiace. tra l altro la tassa di soggiorno è spropositata rispetto a tutti gli altri alberghi. sconsiglio vivamente, evitate se potete

Mai mi era capitato in tanti viaggi di sentirmi negare a colazione un caffè.Stranamente il 30/12/23 SI il 31/12 e 01/01/24 NO. Codesto Hotel stagionato di Terni ha deluso le mie aspettative,anche nel cenone di Capodanno con menù da anni 80 e pietanze non alla altezza dell'evento.Allora che dire mai più.

Hotel di moderna concezione??? Non direi, struttura datata, camere con moquette, bagni fatiscenti (non parliamo del rotolo di cartaigenica gia' usato)coperte macchiate, stanze dove anche il respiro del vicino era chiarissimo. Cena in gruppo a dir poco deludente (1 primo e 1 secondo con contorno) neanche un frutto un caffè fine pasto, nulla! Forse da rivedere su più fronti consiglio personale.

Allora l’albergo è abbastanza vecchio e manca di manutenzione. La stanza era piccola con una brandina aggiunta. A terra c’è della moquette non molto pulita e la biancheria era macchiata. Bagno scomodo e con varie cose rotte, tra cui luci non funzionanti e muffa. La colazione era abbastanza buona ma per tutto il resto non ne vale la pena!
